As I said, I had really low expectations after Ron Gilbert left. He was the heart and soul of the series. Losing him and still making an alright game is to Curse's credit, but it still leaves me with some partial feeling that it wasn't all it should have been.

Sometimes we do. Most of the time, KBB just contacts you individually to see what happened. Or, the person banned feels they were banned unjustly and bring it up to KBB themselves.

sometimes there's a wave of warnings and/or bans just to show there's a new dog in town(often disguised under some new take on <rules>).

If you nonchalantly brush it aside without giving it much thought then... That completely defeats the purpose of our bans... well its pretty naive to think that a ban on an internet forum is going to "change" someone lol

"reflect on your actions so that you don't repeat your mistakes".. i wonder if that can be applied to the bans themselves or the messages that come with.. messages like "you are posting like shit" couldn't possibly have a negative impact? The instant perm ban was because it was assumed that it was just an advertising account. I'm fine with requesting that they get unbanned if they really want but it's probably better that they just make a new account with a new username. They have no account history to speak of and the username not being the name of the thing they were advertising would help with the claim that they're not just trying to advertise. If they get PBU banned have them reference this post authorizing them to make a new account. Thanks, I told the person. I told her to avoid posting bot-style blogs in the future. So could you unban the person because she wants to keep the username. Anyways what is the rules (human rules) in the blog section? Thanks!

1. cool pictures from you travels 2. desperate pleas for relationship advice 3. creepy stories about you and your attractive sibling 4. incomprehensible weed-fueled rants using big words from various humanities Anything else might not get you banned officially, but you will be ridiculed, which is even worse.
