LP is an amazing resource because of the dedicated staff and community members!

You TLPD guys deserve enormous recognition too. Keeping track of tournament results for players I would assume takes a ton of work considering how many tournaments go on every day. Great job ^^

I rate at which LP updates the brackets is absolutely awesome! Huge thanks to those who do that.
I would also (and especially) like to thank those who keep the internal cogwheels of LP turning, so to say. Editing LP itself is such a joy because the templates end up looking so good and they're easy to understand how to use. I do enjoy using good tools (well, tools as in well-written programs), and LP feels like such a good tool to use, so it feels really satisfying to just make a table. I'm even itching to make a bracket, not as much because the tournament itself is too interesting, but because I want to use that awesome bracket template which looks so good on everybody else's pages! That, I believe, deserve a great deal of recognition!

I use LP more than any of the official tourney threads, it's simply too good. Thankyou all!

Indeed they deserve as much praise as possible!
I always prefer to see the Liquipedia brackets/results pages rather than the main tournaments ones (GSL/IEM/MLG to name a few)
Very well done! keep it up..please ♥

Great thread, I really appreciate their work!! I use Liquipedia sooooooooooooooo much, it's just amazingly helpful and always on the money and very up to date.
Great job!

Yay
Liquipedia is usually my reference for any tournament (such as the recent MLG) and I'm constantly checking through to find stuff out. It often seems to be easier and more clear than the site of the actual event itself.
Also checking random stats on units that I forgot or want to learn is good.
You guys do an amazing job! :D

(Was it not Plexa's idea back in 2007?) I wouldn't be amazed if it was :p I'd like to be able to claim credit, but I think it was the brainchild of PoP or Chill or both. The project kinda died and I took up the reigns to get it moving. Despite this, I can't claim the credits for this. A whole bunch of Veterans added the initial information and the 'foundation members' (those with the Liquipedia globe as opposed to a puzzle piece) were veterans who contributed an exceptional amount. In particular, Aesop has done an amazing job leading the project!
