Electrode has base 140 speed, which means 378 at lv 100 assuming no EVs and perfect IVs while Jolteon and Aerodactyl are base 130, which leads to 358 speed at lv 100 Seadra has an abysmal base speed of something under 100 and is nowhere near the fastest pokemon source: red and blue source code edit: mewtwo is also base 130 iirc, but he's uber and broken so nobody cares | ||
