The manager told me that there is a party if SEVENTY PEOPLE showing up Saturday and we would not be able to be accommodated, as Saturday is their busiest night. Sunday afternoon is booked with Football fans of course, and she said that if we got 50 people and called Sunday morning, we could probably have our own room. Perhaps if a bunch of other people showed up expressing interest, they would catch on that this is popular? Then again, they might think we all communicate...

I'm a student at Syracuse, and while we don't have the largest SC scene around here (or any scene at all as far as I know) I'd be willing to make that drive a few times for Barcraft. If this gets off the ground and becomes a regular thing, it would be fantastic.

With that said, I know it's already Friday, so if that's all we can still get is Sunday night, that's a start at least for Barcraft in Rochester.

http://www.bathtubbillys.com/index.cfm?Page=Private Party Room - Bathtub Billy's in Greece. They have a private party room that you could inquire about. http://www.thedistillery.com/reservations/distillery_lunch_dinner_reservations.asp - The Distillery. 4 locations around the area: Mt. Hope, Greece, Victor and Henrietta. I've only been to Mt. Hope one and there are tons of TVs in there. http://www.tullysgoodtimes.com/ordereze/1000/Page.aspx - Tully's has amaaaaaaaazing chicken fingers, for what it's worth. I don't know if they do events (doesn't say on website). Located on Jefferson Road. http://www.hooliganseastsidegrill.com/ - Hooligan's Eastside Grill in Webster. Not sure if they do events but they have 30+ TVs. http://coppergrill.org/#/event/4553235710 - Copper Grill in Irondequoit. They do events and have a party room with a big Projector. $250 charge to the party host, but that's deducted from the total bill at the end. Here are more: http://rocwiki.org/Bars Also, wouldn't Sunday be ideal? I know it's the day before work/classes, but the finals end around 8:30 so it's not like it's late. Personally, I'd rather have a BarCraft on Sunday for the later rounds and the Finals as opposed to Saturday where it's all pool play.
