On last Saturday and Sunday, I competed in interview, swimsuit, evening gown, and on stage question at the Miss Oregon USA pageant in Bend, Oregon. The competition was tough... and I can't believe it... I won!
As requested, here are photos from the event! I didn't take many myself... so these are collected from my friends.

I've been running around non-stop since being crowned, and have barely had time for much of anything! As soon as I have a few minutes, I'll later create a thread to keep you all up to date on the fun things I'm doing, from appearances to preparing for the Miss USA pageant in Las Vegas this spring!

Thank you everyone for the congratulations and love! I love you guys right back. Sorry I'm so long between posts these days... Working a 9-5 job, plus my own business on top of it (www.annaprosser.com), and now trying to manage the media and doing appearances as Miss Oregon USA is leaving me quite few hours to sleep and do anything else, but as someone mentioned... TL is near the top of my list when it comes to priorities in what free time I find.

He was... everyone keeps telling me how much of a wreck he was during the competition... bouncing in his seat, head between his knees, crying when I was crowned... My roommate said she had to send him away before the competition because he was impossible to be around. Lol... my competitive little strategist. ...er... big strategist.
EDIT: and... in terms of support, I think there are going to be lots of opportunities for internet/text voting etc... so I'd love the help of anyone who doesn't mind keeping up with my adventures!
Once they announce them, I'll post the dates and location of the competition in Vegas, too, in case anyone wants to come help cheer me on in person. Believe it or not, I've noticed that the size of the cheering section actually seems to have a direct correlation with how well someone places in a pageant.

Pageantry itself is not really my thing. I don't care about comparing my body to another girl's body, or being told that I am the most, least, or third most beautiful in a group of women. For some strange reason I seem to like the spontanous (pretty sure I spelled that wrong) pictures a lot better then posed ones. The ones of you with InControl are the best ones imo ^^ I guess it's the same odd thing that makes me think girls in shampoo commercials always look better in the before then in the after ^^
