Factoring the duration and time period someone has been a moderator gives a better idea. Dont know how long Klogon has been a mod but hes been here as a user for a longer period then Aesop.

Rekrul had a lot of bans before the thread was even made and for a long time all the bans were permanent and they just unbanned people manually IIRC.
There are also "stealth" bans that do not appear in the thread.
