Against magic damage teams, even teams with a disable and nukes, bkb makes you a lot more effective in team fights then aghs or helm ever would. I consider helm more of a farming item, you can stack ancients, jungle, allows some durability coz of the armor + lifesteal gains. And manaboot....um only if you were playing a support luna or an initiator luna (with blink dagger) lol | ||

Really though, even when drums is the "wrong" item choice for the time, I'm usually never that annoyed by it except when it's in place of a very crucial item, ie mek on a support or blink on SK, for example. | ||
