Not to imply that you didn't, but a few tricks are to abuse your high armor/regen by trading blows near creeps, the other mid will almost always take more damage if they fight back and aggro your creeps.

Also prioritize pushing over farm once you have your ult and bottle/boots. Level 1/2 dragon form is ridonkulous at melting towers, think of it like liquid fire. A single attack on a tower will do 100 damage from the DoT alone. Even if you can't break though mid, it's usually easier to show up to the safelane and blow through creeps with breathe fire. If you can push through lanes and take early towers, you'll transition into a stronger carry role more naturally. The additional pressure it puts on the other team helps you keep even as well.

God I wish captain's stopped first picking Tidehunter, such an underwhelming hero in every pub game i play. They whiff the ultimate, or solo ravage with no follow up and then think "ult's on cooldown, time to afk farm and do nothing while team dies."

Wow, just when I think I can't get any dumber teammates. I get a void whose skill build is 2-4-0-1 at level 7, rush's a battlefury, no boots. And the battlefury is mindbogglingly bad cause his friend is jungle axe so there are no stacks so it doens't help him farm, or kill or do anything.

And our Mid storm spirit at level seven is 4-1-1-1.

Much stompage by everyone not on my team.

Just had a game where one guy ends up afking during draft so ends up randoming tinker who he proceeds to build linken's sphere on into maelstrom. Then our weaver goes sits near the rune at the start of the game and afks so the other team gets an easy first blood and then tower dives them a few times to give away some easy kiils durting laning. Meanwhile our lion decides to afk after lvl 2 but moves his character every few minutes for the rest of the game so we can't get any gold. I should have jsut left the game really.

I hate that dota has become a farmfest or who has the best farming techniques. I also hate the fact that you can farm your way out of being unskilled. Bad at positioning? Get a BKB. Blind that you can't land your chains to any trees as Timber, get a Blink Dagger. Anticipating skill shots too hard for you, buy some Euls for some grind to land skillshots. You're bad at laning and you get ganked a lot 'cause you have no map awareness whatsoever? Pick a lategame hero like PA, Slark, or TB than can easily bounce back from a shit early game because you can just farm your way out of anything anyway.

Are you a midlaner that can't play mid heroes for shit? Pick a farm to win hero like Razor, DP, or Drow, get a midas and farm a BKB('cause you suck at positioning too) and let your safelaner do the tempocontrolling for you!

I'm talking about the pro scene more in general. Where teams stall until they get their daggers/bkbs/euls or whatever heroes they pick.

I mostly yolo in pubs but it's hard to stop your pub teammates to stop suiciding to a Void and letting him farm himself back into the game.

And that's why you regularly see comments of "bored" and "burnout". Why people are "tired" of Dota right now. I don't know.

If there is such a thing as justice in the world two people must seriously watch out. we were seriously stomping them , 30 to 5 , and then after 20 minutes our mirana says GTG FINISH WITHOUT ME , after 20 fucking minutes. who ques for a game if he only has 20 minutes? anyway , we were still stomping 4v5 , and then our skywrath decides to abandon as well after he died ONCE. then, we still fight on for 20 mintes 3v5, and of course enemys call gg easy after the game

there is a special kind of hell reserved for these asswhipes , and i will smile thinking about their eternal tourment

Lets pretend Mirana was firefighter in his night shift and almost always nothing happens between lets say 0:00 and 6:00. This guy likes to play dota once in a while and decides to queue since nothing should happen right? Then bam theres a church or school on fire and he has to go.

What im trying to say is that there are people out there who have life and job to do which can cause some situations where u have no other choice than to leave. Sounds pretty rough to call names someone u most likely dont know a shit about when he has things to do irl. Its just a fucking game after all (which i forget too time to time).

Had to mute all team because they fed their lanes to 1-9 at min 6 and I am the one to blame. ursa finished the game with 20+ kills, 3 roshans etc..
