His former iteration was OP because he just fucking SMASHED the laning stage. As soon as he hit level 3, you were dead. Now, not so much. He's sort of like Clockwork, except Clockwork is about a billion times more consistent and easier to play. Clockwork also doesn't fall off as hard. tl;dr Earth Spirit is actually shit

he has the utility to support the whole team by himself.

This qq is mostly about how fucking broken void is. You can literally lose lane/do nothing in the laning phase and as soon as you hit six you automatically get easy pickoffs/teamfight wins. There's also no punishment because the cooldown on chrono is so low for some mysterious reason. Edit: secondary qq about how stupid and unnecessary the cm int nerf was, completely ruined one of the few supports I like, I'm not a fan of the balance in this game right now.

Of course this hinges on the capability of the furion to solo offlane and creep skip/pull enemy waves with treants and shit. The pick itself isn't bad, but the triple midas probably cost you the game.

Pregame: Disrupter is supporting Wraith King against a defensive trilane. Disruptor places a ward that watches the jungle near the lane, but not the pull camp. Setup: The Wraith King gets harassed a lot early, burns all his regen, and still gets pushed out of lane repeatedly. The pull camp is stacked and pulled into uncontested a couple of times. Disruptor gets first blood while Wraith King is out of XP range. Death 1: Disruptor backs up to tower, leaving Wraith King alone at half health against 3 for about 5 seconds. Wraith King gets stunned and right clicked to death. Death 2: The trilane walks right past Disruptor, chain stuns the Wraith King and right clicks him to death. Due to zone-outs and pulls, the trilane is all higher level than the Wraith King. Death 3: The level 4 Wraith king, who at this point has 2/3s of his Treads and nothing else due to buying extra salves and TPs, gets run over by a level 8 Ember Spirit with a haste rune. Death 4: Wraith King gets dove under his tier 2, with the tier 1 still standing. Disruptor, who was at base, decided to walk over to help instead of using a TP. Death 5: Teamfight where Wraith King would have been fine if he'd had his ult ready. Unfortunately, he was still level 5. I don't think Disruptor has any grounds to blame Wraith King for the feed, even though the Wraith King should have grabbed a Stout Shield.

He picked furion for the jungle intending to force Chen to solo support, which is pretty comically bad. (unless you're the Chen/Lich player, then it's tragically awful and the type of game that makes you want to quit dota out of frustration) The triple midases were just the icing on the cake of a 4 carry team all trying to play like carries. (I'm assuming here that this is the type of furion that jacks off alone in the jungle for 12 minutes, not the type of furion that actively tps all over the map to win his team the laning phase)

But puck is probably one of the safest heroes against him, yeah, of course.

So she bought euls scepter. And I swear, every time I tried to combo down someone on the enemy team she would windstaff them, and give them time for blink to come off cooldown, or negate the silence I just put on them, or even take them out of mystic flare. We lost so quickly after that. Incredibly frustrating. http://www.dotabuff.com/matches/873310217 Edit: and no, she never actually pulled off a euls > LSA

It feels horrible when you're a carry and this happens. ![]() On September 04 2014 07:50 Buckyman wrote: Pudge's bad matchups mid are the ones where he's still in trouble if he lands the first hook. I kept counter picking pudge with her, but got so fucking frustrated that our carries always lost lategame no matter the kill advantage i generated early on, that i simply stopped playing her. Since then i only play pushers and carries.
