Because either your bots are good enough to win 4vs5, or you have to 1vs5 the enemy team because you didnt want to push for throne after 10 minutes. Seeing your team walk into a 4 man Kunkka boat fight after fight while not using their abilities is just beyond painfull. Like, you can win every game easily with the right heroes or if you just push really early. But if you want to stretch the game out a bit (because you want to get some items before the game is over), or you pick a 'weak' hero, you run the risk of getting in a situation where it's either split-push for 30 minutes or just lose every teamfight because your bots are terrible. EDIT: this is assuming you dont play on the lower difficulties, on hard or unfair bots will actually do stuff like try to lasthit or cast spells. | ||

I always play on hard with random hero's (bonus gold: boots/stout/tango's or boots/ring of protection/tangos). But i don't try to outfarm them, i just start hitting them. | ||

There were 7, I bought a total of 5 and Sniper 2. For a time Lion had two of mine after their Alch dropped them again. I had one backup Rapier in the base along with my second Daedalus. | ||

Assuming we're talking about local bot games where you're the only human, you really can win with any hero without facerushing. Heroes like antimage are actually some of the easiest. It is frustrating watching your friendly bots take terrible fights and get wiped and not be able to stop them feeding, but the enemy five man train is actually very inefficient. Once you accept that your bots will feed and learn to ignore them, it's surprisingly easy to get more out of afking than the enemy gets from feeding on your team. When you get proper rat going your team can even start to win 4v5s because of how badly splitpush messes up the enemy AI. Whenever you feel you're big enough, just buy a BKB and go win. Definitely doesn't take 30 minutes of rat unless you want it to. | ||

By minute 7 Mirana has died twice to solo SF mid and lost her tower. SF is level 9 and Mirana is 6 or something, before SF left lane he was 11 and Mirana 7... Bot has fed enemy PA to 5 - 0. Score by 10 minutes is 18 - 4, PA has basher, phase and aquila by 11 minutes, freaking 11minutes. I've died once, Lina 0, bot + mid 17. Opponents end fast though, thank god for that. | ||
