Both games went 1-6 before 5th min, 4-32 by the end. Holy shit my team fed and I couldn't do anything about that so early. | ||

I tell him to fuck off (actually more politely than that), he reports me. GG volvo. He proceeds to buy no wards, no courier, nothing. In the spirit of not having a completely fucked game, I buy and up courier, buy wards (am the only one to do so), etc. Win mid, I have 2 kills on their storm spirit and one on their zeus despite buying support items. We lose because nyx went mana boots into dagon (literally no other items, not even TPs or healing) and am couldn't farm for shit, and both feed all game while talking shit to the other 3 of us. Sigh. --- EDIT: And next game I'm queued up against them, I have fantastic teammates and go 5-0-11, they go 3-15-2 collectively and they make death threats so I get to report their steam accounts. Fun times. And just for the sake of being oh so predictable they said they were from bankstown. | ||

QoP is the easiest of all. SF has damage only when he has souls. DP is also easy. Invoker is much harder though, for example. | ||

I really love support heroes but I hate playing with people like this. Why can't people just listen to the choreographed plan and follow through? Why must we go in 5seconds before our mid has his stun? Why fail 3 easy ganks, leaving us with no farm or levels? I am having so much trouble overcoming this. Maybe I just need to play heroes that can do damage and snowball, like silencer. | ||

One game, we decided to do a quick roshan while 3 enemies were dealing with megacreeps in their base. Two cores (bh/razor) leave immediately to act as wards in case the enemies come. We know they're coming, but we can burn down Roshan faster than they can arrive, which we try to tell them to no avail. I fight roshan alone with the two supports, but the enemy team shows up when roshan is at about 2% health, steals the kill and the aegis, wins that fight and thrones us. Another game we have destroyed two of their rax, and we are all 10 gathered near their third set, neither team making a move. I'm trying to lead, assuring that we can make a move on the tower when they break off to deal with the megacreeps that will inevitably start attacking their t4 towers. I guess that's not good enough for our Axe, who blinks in on sniper and gets destroyed by their team. That's the signal to go for our gyrocopter, who also suicides and gives the enemies the confidence to attack, ruin our siege, and secure the win. I'm not so frustrated when the team is just afk or feeding or not playing well at all. But then you have a close game with a lot of strategic value in each decision, and one teammate says 'we're so far ahead, let's just end this i'm bored' and tries to fight 1v5 and loses the game for the team... it hurts so much more. | ||

My 2 friends and I queue up and we get a rando on our team who, before the game even starts, starts asking everyone to report our mid/carry player FOR GOING MID. | ||

Played with a luna that started circlet, courier (we already had one), and quelling blade. Ran to the enemy (radiant) ancients and cut down a bunch of trees behind the ancient camp. Then she activated her courier, and nestled it carefully into a corner. Somewhere i'm going "Okay, is this a REALLY fucked up way for luna to do ancients while using the courier to bug AI or something?" Turns out no. After nothing happens, she decides to instead go grab an invis rune and "gank" the lane she should be farming. It fails and first blood is given to the solo enemy silencer. The extra courier is safely run back to our fountain, where it will later be used to take pudge's urn and run into the trees in our base to protect pudge from his own items. Fast-forward to 25 minutes, and that same Luna is on brown boots, a wraith band, and a HoD (Quelling blade was sold). Sometimes I don't get dota. | ||
