Should I leave these disabled, enabled or auto?
I have an i5 2500 so no overclocking.

also, what is the difference between enabled and auto?

These are states and you should leave them on auto or enabled if you want Speedstep and Turbo boost to function properly.

these controls power consumption of your cpu for ex when you browse tl your cpu runs on lower clocks so it sonsumes less energy and less energy = less money spend on bills = more beer (c1e)
c3/c6 needed for turbo

Uhm, well, if auto for your CPU defaults to enabled, no there's no difference. I'd guess auto is just capable of disabling it if you mess with other settings in a way where it would need to be disabled.

Not that I really trust the majority of auto anything in BIOS.
