Zest and 
Impact got the VSL Semifinals started, with herO and Rogue closing out the Round of 4.Both players traded blows early on in Game 1, but Zest pulled way ahead with adepts and won with a push on Impact’s third. Impact harassed constantly on Bel’Shir Vestige but found himself throwing the game away in a big fight between Zest’s third and natural.
Down 2-0, Impact needed something special. Heavy ravager pressure brought a swift end to Zest's attempted tempest transition on Proxima, while double archon drops didn’t get as much done as Zest would have liked on Cactus Valley, and in a flash, Impact had levelled up the series at 2-2.
Game five was the quickest of the series. Impact recognized Zest’s early greed and punished him with a ling-bane flood that earnt him his first finals spot since Dreamhack Bucharest 2014.
Game 1 between herO and Rogue started off with conservative adept usage, before a colossus push on Rogue’s third put the ROOT protoss up 1-0.
Game 2 started with an proxy oracle netting ten kills. Thing got worse from there for Rogue with more adept and oracle damage. When it looked like he had stabilized with Lurkers, he lost his army to carriers, immortals and archons.
Game three saw Rogue endure constant harass in an effort to get to four bases. herO lost his adepts but waited for four colossi to reload, push out and end the series by killing Rogue’s hydra based army at his fourth.
