Who? When? Where? All I can tell you is that Aligulac is a good source of info, but it is incomplete and sometimes inaccurate in providing results. At the same time it is difficult or even impossible to recreate results that are not uploaded there. For example https://www.reddit.com/r/starcraft/comments/2ybsw8/polish_zerg_elazer_who_beaten_true_and_fantasy_20/ This refers to qualifiers for IEM or something.

not to be rude but I would rather love to see SOS, Maru, Classic or Ryung at Blizzcon than a guy might not get a single game win. Hence, this tournament should be named Korean vs World instead of World Championship From what I know three out of four you mentioned would have 0% chance to win against him.

in LOTV, he adjusted his play into more polish Zerg style I think he might pull out something in Blisscon considering that he hasn't been in final at all this year

All of four players i mentioned would kill him like a piece of cake, Maru might be the weakest but we all know how strong the Koreans in big tournament. Let me ask you: how many people thought Maru could win against Nerchio in Kespa cup considering his bad performance recently ?

Nevertheless, TY and Solar are at the moment better than these players.

Agreed, Elazer would destroy Maru like it's nothing. I know maru beat nerchio but that was just luck and elazer is better than Nerchio anyways. Also sOs is bad, he got destroyed in the GSL finals, this would have never happened to elazer. Classic wouldn't even be a challenge for Elazer. the only one from this list that might have a chance would be Ryung as he beat him in TBs tournament, but In a bo3/bo5 things might look different.

He always seemed like a cool calm guy to me. I might for ever be an mlord fanboy, but Elazer I believe in you, keep grinding! PS: anyone agree that reading this about Elazer is basically what we could have read about snute in 2014/15? Always grinding, always playing, slowly improving, but never stopping? I think they are very simililar players (although snute is way more defensive, its very impressive clear cut macro, solid micro and a clear cut game plan. Elazer lacks in multitask and engagement preparation, snute in stability). Definitely a lot of similarities with regards to work ethic and grinding games, except that in 2014-2015, Snute was one of the best foreigners. Also, with regards to Elazer, I don't know the full stats (like if qualifiers were not placed onto aligulac), but he had a fairly low win rate against Koreans, and he only won a few games at a time against Koreans (and sometimes the Koreans were not very high level). But of course, now, he is one of the best foreigners who can go head to head against most lower Code S Koreans.
