Generally, seeds/matchups are based on WCS points with a few strange exceptions. Looks like I didn't open the "rest" part in WCS points page so missed some players actually do have some points. I checked again and here's the results: 1. ShoWTimE - 4235 2. Polt - 4170 3. Nerchio - 4100 4. Snute - 3405 5. Hydra - 3135 6. Neeb - 3050 7. Elazer - 2310 8. viOLet - 2310 9. MaSa - 2055 10. PtitDrogo - 1945 11. uThermal - 1780 12. Has - 1350 13. Harstem - 1315 14. puCK - 1045 15. SortOf - 1015 16. Cham - 760 17. MarineLorD - 715 18. TooDming - 690 19. Scarlett - 630 20. iaguz - 490 21. MaNa - 360 22. Serral - 330 23. Bunny - 330 24. MajOr - 250 25. Kelazhur - 240 26. XY - 185 27. PiLiPiLi - 90 28. Welmu - 45 29. Semper - 30 30. ShaDoWn - 15 31. HeRoMaRinE - 15 32. TRUE - 0 Based on this list, I think the the only reasonable explanation is that they somehow treat TRUE's WCS point as something between 30 to 45 instead of 0. So, TRUE is actually placed at the 29th position which faces Snute. And all other players matches the seeding. Maybe someone from blizzard/dreamhack can explain the details why TRUE has some points between 30 to 45. This is not important to me (or anyone who just watch and enjoy the games) but it's actually very important to those players, especially Snute - he should get Semper according to the WCS points but he actually got TRUE, which is quite different. Hope someone can provide an answer.

Nope, Blizzard decided that Koreans shouldn't be allowed to play in international events. Even though literally the rest of the world can. Social justice Blizzard!

Looks like I didn't open the "rest" part in WCS points page so missed some players actually do have some points. I checked again and here's the results: Just one more detail. You also missed the points of Major and Marinelord that have been removed - but still are used for seeding. Meaning Marinelord has 1060 and Major has 485 points giving them respectively seeds 14 and 20. Anyway the rest is ok and this will not change much.

They're probably taking into consideration that TRUE had accumulated 300 WCS KR points this year (100 from GSL S1 Code A, 200 from GSL S2 Code S spot which he forfeited when switching to Circuit) in some form. At least, that's my guess.
