It doesn't really matter, PartinG didn't even play in the GSL or SSL qualifiers and instead did some event in China for his team.

I don't think he has much of a chance back in Korea (don't think he wants to go back either)

He also streamed some broodwar, so I'm not entirely sure, he will come back to SC2. But SC2 seems most likely to me, because this is where he was successful and probably made more impressive experiences.

Just from his gameplay I never considered him to be above the strongest foreigners but his results tell the different story. Well, here is me undervaluing him again ![]() I cannot recall the scene but reminds me of Hitman shaking hands with Elazer after cheesing him out of WCS Krakow. I'm happy about SD because yes, he's a character, and also his protoss presence brings more balance to the little foreign Koreans contingent.

He wasnt the strongest and I agree, maybe some foreigner like Snute have been above him. But he had something, that almost no foreigner has: No Problems on LAN. He just played his A-Game on LAN like it is nothing, you never saw pressure on him and he looked like he enjoyed the spot and all the stuff arround him. Following this he didnt showed nerfes like alot of foreigner do it. He just did his thing and his thing was to win a WCS EU and a Dreamhack. His results are very strong and stand for its own.
