Ptitdrogo, ShowTime, Nerchio, Mlord would've been sick. Him and the supposedly retired MC I guess. He still was the best foreigner at the end of HotS. sOs hasn't shown that great play in LotV yet either, but no one is arguing that he shouldn't be there and with good reason I think. sOs has played 4 televised 1v1 games in LotV and is the reigning Starcraft World Champion. Lilbow meanwhile has been completely overshadowed by other foreign players in LotV so far when playing in the same tournaments as them. I'd be fine with Lilbow if he had an interesting playstyle but... well, he never had that. if Lilbow doesn't have an interesting playstyle nobody has. His playstyle is the definition of interesting. Aren't you the person who thought +2 stalker/sentry vs roach/hydra was the pinnacle of RTS gameplay? Yeah no, I don't agree with you. His playstyle is the definition of boring for me.
Hitting timings isn't exactly spectacular I'd agree. Turtling is still worse imo :D

The micro interactions and constant trading were awesome. only ling bane muta vs bio mine comes close to that. so bad that lotv killed it.

Hope MC gets revenge on sOs and Lilbow actually wins against someone

How about triple proxy gate by both MC and sOs?

It honestly feels like ESL either learned about the WCS changes too late, or completely forgot SC2 was on the docket for Taipei.

China has had a resurgence but afaik Taiwan died 2 years ago :/ Taiwan died Almost a full year ago. The final SC2 broadcast from TeSL was made in March 2015. If my memory serves me correctly, it was Has vs. Ruin.

I watched his stream for a bit. One game, he MSC-pylon rushed a Terran (building pylons outside and then inside the Terran base, kept activating photon overcharge). Quite funny! Terran player must be super mad!

Why? I actually hoped to see some Koreans doing in a foreign tournament. Koreans need some love too

Well, I think GSL and viewership may have a say in it-- though I was arguing for Korean players in general because "GOOD BYE KOREANS" seemed like an anti-Korean(?) opinion
