No chance it's State, State is getting very good and practices a lot consistently, but he never was among the most visible and "best of all time" non-Koreans. He may become one though, would be great to see his practice in Korea pay off.
I think that VortiX, Lucifron and others aren't "the best of all time", I personally see them as some sort of an episode in the foreign scene (edit: it's really just an impression I'm having, don't hate me on that). Would be nice to see one of them returning anyway. We need to perform an investigation of Kaelaris's psychological profile to find out who he can and who he cannot consider "best" :s

Honestly considering the hype this speculation already got, i think we can only be disappointed from here on out :D
But yeah i agree, considering it came from Kaelaris, its most certainly not idra.
And knowing how he usually overhypes things a little, its propably not "one of the best foreigners of all time" but simply a good foreigner, like lucifron/vortix, or one of the easter EU guys.

One day is gone, i still hope it's ThorZaiN but my head says its more likely Vortix. If it's none of these two i hope Kaelaris reveals the player soon without further hyping because it could just backfire then.
