NORTHERN EUROPEAN QUALIFIERS (4 SLOTS)
Eligible Countries: Iceland, United Kingdom, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuan, Faroe Islands

EASTERN EUROPEAN QUALIFIERS (4 SLOTS)
Eligible Countries: Russia, Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Belarus, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Kosovo, and Macedonia

european and american qualifiers, what about koreans ? is this going to be non-korean tournament ? ( would be great )

Americas and Oceania don't include an "eligible countries" section. That may mean something.

Unfortunately there will just be 4 Korean invites rather than any qualifiers which is very sad

I have a feeling at least 3 of the spots are going to go to Jaedong, Stardust, Polt, Patience, Hydra or ForGG so they can try for a WCS repeat .

All countries of UN have to recognize territory for it to be official country, thats the fact. The fact that "half world" considers it doesn't matter officially.
