Maru finished top player for the third round of SPL and is invited for the 2015 KeSPA Cup Season 2. (Dream is already invited for being a SSL finalist.)
Official ranking:
As there is a tie for 2nd place, a Bo5 will be played between soO and Zest. (ByuL is already invited for being in the GSL Finals)
About GSL, Rain who is also a GSL finalist can't attend the KeSPA Tournament and will be replaced by the winner of Curious vs sOs, who both lost in the semifinals.
Both seeding matches are played in Bo5.

2015 KeSPA Cup Season 2 - Proleague & GSL Seeding Match Info
The top 2 players of the 'SK Telecom StarCraft II Proleague 2015 Round 3' will be invited to the group stage of the 2nd Season of KeSPA Cup. Because there is a tie in wins between some members we will be holding a seeding match to determine who will be participating in KeSPA Cup.
The finalist of '2015 GSL Saseon 2' also will receive invites directly into the group stages of the KeSPA Cup. As Rain(mYi) is unable to particpate we will have a match between the 2 of the semi-finalist.
1. Proleague Seed Match * Seeded Player : Maru (JIN AIR, 6W 2L) * Requires Seeding Match : soO (SKT, 5W 0L) vs Zest (KT, 5W 3L) * Rule : Best of 5
2. GSL Saseon 2 Seed Match * Seeded Player: ByuL(CJ) * Requires Seeding Match : sOs (JIN AIR) vs Curious (SBENU) * Rule : Best of 5
The Seeding Match will not be broadcasted. The results will be posted on Facebook and KeSPA's official twitter.

GSL?
Kespa Cup doesn't start for over a week after GSL ends and way before next season starts. Doesn't really make sense (from a tournament standpoint anyways) for him to drop out.
Rain will be in Europe while the Kespa Cup is running. Hes going to stay in Europe for roughly a month to attend various events such as the http://www.uk-fest.com/contest/game/starcraft-2 or Dreamhack Valencia. We already planed that trip way before the Kespa Cup dates were announced. Rain decided himself that it would be better for him to not miss out on all the European events.
Its sad that he wont be able to attend the Kespa Cup after his great run this GSL season but im sure you will be able to see a lot of Rain in Europe in the upcoming weeks
Really hoping curious beats sOs for the spot. Now that him winning won't cause a GSL final I think him doing well/winning the kespa cup would be a great end to curious' story

Thanks for clearing that up. It will be fun to watch him in HSC and other European events, but I feel it will kinda be like watching the USA Dream Team in their first Olympics- fun to watch, but the outcome is inevitable.

Thanks for unswer. Its Great that Rain will play on EU tournaments. And he will play here for a month, so its mean he will train in EU server, what is great for EU!
i can imagine once curious leaves for the military service there will be a flood of B-teamers that make it to code S. he was simply holding them back against all odds.

Tbh i think it's a very good think, it taxes you mechanicaly mostly and allow you to gather intel. The Z can still be tricky and proxy stuff (or just not use some tech building) but it brings down a lot the luck part regarding composition in a match up that allows a lot of comp to work.

I don't think players would ever blanace whine about something that actually improves the game

I guess its just blizzards way of giving protoss scouting potential without tech units

Assuming Hydra will beat Tempest and PSY and Flash willl win over Departure, we will have a nice game here. Hydra is so good with Muta-ling-bling and Flash, in a good day, plays very well vs zerg. I think it will be a close one.

Flash plays pretty bad TvZ vs aggressive zergs and hydra is practically a weaker Byul/Life

Come tothink of it, I honestly don't think that Life plays so bad... i think that more and more people know how to play against him and he must change his style a bit in order to regain his older form. I think.
I don't like going for a macro game like this when you take a hidden third. You kind of hope your opponent will just try to outmacro you - if he goes for a strategy to deny your third it will be even stronger now!
Much better to fake a 2-base all-in, have your opponent react to it while you cain a big advantage thanks to your hidden economy.

I think TRUE would just scout around at some point and then ling/muta punishes that 3rd base hard.

Not if you pressure him with a fake 2-base all-in. Then hopefully you have gained enough advantage from the hidden base before he realizes something weird is going on.
Overall I don't like hidden bases PvZ, high risk low reward imo.

I see. Probably KT staff not only doesn't want Flash games to be streamed, but also doesn't want his results to be known in case he wouldn't qualify d:

Well Patience improved a lot for sure too, he couldn't even win the EPS when he was in Germany. But obviously training in the Axiom house > training in the Alien Invasion house in Duisburg .

Yeah Fanta is the only one to really improve by a lot, but it's good to see that TRUE and Patience haven't really fallen off.

Patience isn't doing shit except qualifying for the IEM Katowice. Just like what he did in the past years. Nothing, nothing, an extraordinary run, nothing. And I agree with Elentos, not falling off is good for True. (Their swiss player can't even get past the ro8 in a french tournament missing both Marinelord and Firecake :D)

Patiece went from getting 3-0ed by HeroMarine to qualifying and having a good run in GSL, I'd say he improved drastically.
I was honestly expecting him to retire soon after going back to Korea, since he couldn't even beat the best Germans. It was a huge pleasant suprise to me how well he did.

It is law that no Korean may win EPS tho. Nevermind the fact that Patience really isn't accomplishing a whole lot in offline settings this year. His series against Maru at Katowice was dreadful play (and Maru didn't look good either).
Also I guess props to MarineKing for not dying to weird sOs shit.
And a match between Gumiho and Pigbaby got to be entertaing, will search for the vods for sure.
Besides that not many suprises...or wait...B4 winning?! vs Supernova, Terminator and Losira ?! Well, guess i stop blaming Prime for keep sending him out in PL...
That's good enough. He managed to win, which is the important thing. Is he also playing better these days in SPL as well? I seem to think that he's losing less than at the start of the season.
