Love this tournament! I hope I have the chance to watch the qualifiers.

So many korean tournaments - that's really cool! This gives the opportunity for more Korean pro-s to show some skill and more attention and potential trophies for them.
|
Yeah! Cool! Why no SSL invites though?

Dream and Classic are the SSL invites.

Since Dream should most definitely be top player this round in PL, it should be the next two in line. Maybe Life, Byul, or Maru?
|
1st 2015 KeSPA Cup was the best tournament in 2015 imo, I hope the second will live up to it.

You can cross ByuL off though. GSL champ inc :p

How about soO? he is 4-0 and if he plays and wins next week, he is 100% in it.

Surprisingly more stuff is now happening in Korea than outside Korea. KeSPA cups, SSLs, GSLs vs WCS, incomplete Dreamhack tour and IEM.

How is it surprising? It was 100% obvious it was going to happen when the plan for 2015 was announced. (double starleague + a cup + proleague vs WCS and some tournaments that are constrained by WCS)

@GumBa if only a miracle crash b.net, we could have a revive

Is it just me, or was anyone else somewhat surprised that they'll have the 2nd KeSPA Cup this year barely 2 months after the first one?

If all semi finalists are from SKT then sure.
|
They would have announced this sooner, but PartinG was still in GSL. So, in fear of releasing PartinG from the Kespa Jail, they only announce this this week instead of last week...
Should be an awesome tournament again

2015 KeSPA Cup Season 2 - Proleague & GSL Seeding Match Info
The top 2 players of the 'SK Telecom StarCraft II Proleague 2015 Round 3' will be invited to the group stage of the 2nd Season of KeSPA Cup. Because there is a tie in wins between some members we will be holding a seeding match to determine who will be participating in KeSPA Cup.
The finalist of '2015 GSL Saseon 2' also will receive invites directly into the group stages of the KeSPA Cup. As Rain(mYi) is unable to particpate we will have a match between the 2 of the semi-finalist.
1. Proleague Seed Match * Seeded Player : Maru (JIN AIR, 6W 2L) * Requires Seeding Match : soO (SKT, 5W 0L) vs Zest (KT, 5W 3L) * Rule : Best of 5
2. GSL Saseon 2 Seed Match * Seeded Player: ByuL(CJ) * Requires Seeding Match : sOs (JIN AIR) vs Curious (SBENU) * Rule : Best of 5
The Seeding Match will not be broadcasted. The results will be posted on Facebook and KeSPA's official twitter.

Awesome! That means Zest still has a shot. Sucks about it not being broadcasted.
Sad Rain can't come, too
