Not being able to learn anything does not prove the series was mediocre, though. I'm pretty sure that Flash vs. Bbyong game on Waystation that was voted the best game of 2014 wasn't a replay you'd boot up to learn more about TvT in general, but it was entertaining nonetheless.

I feel the fans of standard, smart play were left disappointed, because there were way less smart decisions than in the Life vs. Dream series, but for the fans who like to be entertained by a nail-biting series regardless of play, it was pretty good.

It would have been so funny though if life had lost after dancing his lings in game 3

As for the quality, it's hard to tell because I -like most of us- just had the shitty free twitch and franckly you don't even see what mines are hitting execpt when 12 banes die at once.

I enjoyed the series though, I just didn't like INno's all inish push in game 5. Life ZvT is far from perfect, I wouldn't be surprised if INno took his revenge at IEM.

This Recap doesn't really tell what happened in those games.. Life played Godly.. i don't see any other zerg understanding the game as much as he does.. he has his own style above everyone else and that style is much harder to play than any other .

Innovation might seem off , but the reality is that he was playing against a more creative player , he wont let you play as you would like to play , he creates units when nobody else sees windows to do damage.. no other zergs take the risk this days. he doesn't wait like other zergs to see what their opponent is doing but instead dictates the game . attack and counterattack all the time.. to create that "off-play" .
