You'll probably also want to take symbol off your anti team but that's just me

You can only trade for equal or better players on anti-team and only trade for equal or worse players on main team. 2 trades per week for main, one for anti. Each trade costs 1 point to make as a trade tax

You'd have to wait for that lower one to (hopefully) win and bring his own trade value up. But usually, it's best to try and retain your trade value on players. Usually, you trade because you think a player on your team is going to lose or is not getting played that week. So, you might trade that person for someone slightly below them in trade value. Then, if the person you traded for wins, they will have a higher trade value than the person you originally traded, and you can trade back. So, if you have a player like herO, you can trade for any other player right now. If you think herO is going to slump after getting owned by Bbyong in IEM, you might want to trade him for a player like Innovation, who is obviously #1. You could of course trade him for a player like soO, but soO's trade value is lower, giving you less options for future trading.

Or maybe it's just me not understanding the rules or the trade gain statistic ![]()

So my combined trade gain from those two trades will never change ![]()

I thought it was (points the acquired player B made this week) - (points if you had kept player A this week) - (trade tax)

The difference is if, say, BrAvO comes out of nowhere and wins the ace match for Samsung this week, your Hurricane –> BrAvO trade will increase even though you don't have him, while your BrAvO –> TY trade will decrease by exactly the same amount. Same result, different process ![]()
