If he stays in the lineup, though, I think he deserves another chance. Everyone trash-talks Yoda but he did make it to code S. I think I'm sticking with Myungsik (and Yoda) on anti. Normally I wouldn't, even with them being on Prime, but Prime is out the gate against SKT -> KT-> CJ I expect them to get thrashed for a few weeks. Yeah, got the same Anti team as you have and will probably stay with it. Good thing that Dream made up for Yoda's surprise win. On a related note, really sad to see soO lose like that to such weak play. He looks so broken these days when he was meant to be our Bonjwa. I'm trying really hard to believe in soO. He is going to come back. He has to. Everything I believe would collapse if he kept on losing to players such as Yoda.
Has anyone considered that one of the reasons soO lost to YoDa is because YoDa is... kinda good? He's 5-4 in SPL. He made it to Code S Ro16. Aligulac currently ranks him #32 in the world, ahead of strong players like Dream, ByuL, San and Classic. He went to finals of WCS EU last year and in 2013 he won one of the first major HotS tournaments at that year's IEM world championship. He's not exactly a scrub.
Although yeah, soO a-moving 10 swarm hosts into the middle of YoDa's army was not his finest moment.

Sure. Yoda is just that, "kinda good". Not in the same tier as someone like soO though.

That should be true, though ironically YoDa has won more major tournaments than soO has!

Meh, I'm fed up with waiting for Yoda to become good. It's been what, 4years in which each and everyone said how he was such a great player and going to break out. But he just doesn't. He has solid macro play... but not good enough to challenge the best of the best. Besides that he is lacking any forms of tricky or outmultitasking-based play. He is the kind of player who will always lose to a superior player and still give games aways against inferior players.

I know soO was favored in that match but the amount of credit that Yoda got for winning that game was overwhelmingly small in comparison to things like "oh soO couldn't manage his bankor "soO giving away 10 swarm hosts." Yes soO likely would have won if he had done better on x and y, but YoDa also showed a very articulate game plan that eventually won him the game.

Yeah, but... does YoDa have more second place finishes at major tournaments than soO has? Hmm?

I'm rank 50 which is actually good for me. I don't usually put effort into FPL but I may try to do some trading this round and see how well I can do in the end

Hey guys, sorry for being a nub but I can't find where to check my FPL team, could anyone help me out plz?

You click the downarrow next to(close to) your ID in the upper left corner of the page. Then flick FPL, it says Fantasy: FPL.
Regarding Yoda, I never liked him, still don't like him but I must say his mech play was very well played. I don't consider him a strong player but can obviously take games from good players and his mech was impressive.

Man I can't believe Alive won a game, Ive had him pegged as a mediocre player since WOL, still gonna keep him on my anti tho.
As for the SoO game, I don't think it's fair to say that Yoda outplayed him, as SoO was miles ahead most of the game. Even after the 12 Swarmhosts thrown he was still able to keep Yoda on 4 bases, even stealing some of his gas, and eventually crushing his BC army. I really dont understand how SoO could of let that less happen tbh, he was on the verge of closing it out after the big engagement and only turned around with the slowest unit in the game to deal with harassment units that could only affect an economy SoO didn't need. He honestly could of just kept attacking and defended by building mutas or roaches at home as his supply inevitably dipped from the hellion harass and the few corruptors he would of lost in the main battle.
It was a throw, and completely attributable to SoO, not Yoda

So Weird to think Alive won one of the most stacked tournament in history though ...

Yeah Hahaha that totally came out of the blue. I don't know what it is tho, even at his prime he just seemed to me so... uninspired. Like a knockoff brand of MvP. To be fair I never watched that particular Tourney so I may be a bit biased, but he's just one of those players where I'm always surprised he hasn't retired

Even funnier that Alive came out for the ace match
