(Vote): Group A (Life, TaeJa, San, Leenock, Bunny) (Vote): Group B (Sacsri, HerO, Jaedong, TRUE, First) (Vote): Group C (Solar, MC, StarDust, ForGG, Patience) (Vote): Group D (MMA, jjakji, Impact, Snute, Polt)
This looks doable for HerO, his PvZs on stream have looked really improved recently and none of these zergs is in that amazing shape. HerO's PvP has also been good for a while and First's hasn't impressed me much. HERO 2014!
Dreamhack always plans these group broadcasts in advance, often the last game of the group on the main stream turns out hugely irrelevant. Maybe they will change it this year. Though I can't complain about showing Taeja vs Life ^^
Thought I'd put this out there since the feature is so nicely in place on our site Unfortunately the code for double elim bracket predictions isnt 100% (it is somewhere in the files, but not published for whatever reason I can't exactly remember), but you can always predict the matches as they come up...
Anyway this results in the following winner bracket (assuimng A-B and C-D are group matchings):
Win Top 2 Top 4 ------------------------------------------- TaeJa 39.38% 24.44% 36.17% Solar 24.09% 31.23% 44.68% MMA 19.25% 25.43% 55.32% Sacsri 17.28% 18.89% 63.83%
Bunny got such a hard group and naturally a Liquid teamkill has to happen. But the tournament is going to be amazing for sure, let's hope that as many people as possible tune in to watch it

Perhaps this'll be his time to shine and solidify his place as top foreigner by getting 1st in the group!
Innovation really pulled out because he saw he was in Group A. I wouldn't blame him. If he wasn't confident that he could get top 4 in DHW, and then come back just in time for his Hot6 Cup match (vs sOs), then he might have made the right decision, financially speaking. A bit of a bummer we don't get to see him here, though. Group A would have been so stacked...
I wonder if Innovation just cares that much more about tournament prestige than prize money...
^Maybe after that terrible BC experience Innovation may feel different about oversea tournaments. But that does not explain herO and soO's decisions though. I think they really want to rest after recent unsuccessful results.
Group A Group of Death indeed Taeja proved that he can dominate any of those players in a macro game. It'll up to Life with his crazy strats and baneling busts.
Group B is the return of Liquid Hero which we haven't seen in a long time. Also, True hasn't been seen for a while since he left Kespa.
Group C looks pretty boring imo. Solar is the only one that stands out, but the rest of the group were all in WCS Europe.
Group D will be a pretty fun group to watch with Impact and Polt and Snute. I enjoyed Impact's playstyle back in ATC. Polt is always a fun player to watch and we'll get to see Snute bust out his ZvT Swarm Hosts

Sorry for Punctuation Nazi, but it's Decent not Desent
You correct that, but not grop? Or the actual missing punctuation at the end of the sentence?
Well. "Punctuation Nazi" is supposed to be spelled in lower case. The comma behind the "but" is wrong (I'm not too sure about that though). "Decent" as well as "Desent" should be spelled in lower case. :D
And you're more of a spelling nazi instead of a punctuation nazi.

Sorry for Misspelling Nazi, but the definition of punctuation is: noun, the marks, such as period, comma, and parentheses, used in writing to separate sentences and their elements and to clarify meaning.
If you are being a nazi, at least do it correctly!
Jaedong and Hero are the two people I'm really rooting for this tournament and the odds of them both making it further just got significantly lower. However if they both bring their A game I am sure they can make playoffs even despite this!
