I'm more worried about Code B, which will be especially brutal if they plan to reset it(?). He has impressive numbers against some of the most recent S Ro16 players in HotS (the only negative score is vs. Flash), but on his turf and there's no TLPD record at all against 9/16 of them. I'd imagine it's going to take a few tries before he adjusts to the current Korean scene.

Another false retirement from Taeja big shocker enough of the antics just make up your mind kid its getting annoying and tiresome to watch you flip flop every year. Maybe he will get destroyed in Code S and that will finally be the end of it since all he victories are in events outside Korea I think he could be in for a surprise when he gets into a Korean scene tournament where every single player is top notch like in the GSL. This isn't Homestory cup or Dreamhack not gonna be playing Snute or ForGG in the finals that is for sure. That being said at the end of the day I just want to see the guy make up his mind once and for all.

Can't wait to see the drama queen get rekted. There is no greater pleasure than to see Taeja get rekted.
People who care about drama are getting dramatic.
I just care about seeing good games, so I'll cheer for Taeja.

Great news.. finally he can prove himself through GSL
I guess TaeJa wants to go out with a bang.
Hopefully he plays as well in the GSL as he plays in foreign tournaments ^^ Good luck, Taeja!
I knew he wouldn't retire
That's good to know. I'm interested to see how good he is now in a 'slow' tourney like GSL.

Taeja doesn't want to leave SC2 without a big tournament win. A GSL win would finally solidify his status as the premier Terran post-Mvp.
Those of you hating on Taeja for backing on his words truly doesn't appreciate how difficult it is to be/stay a "progamer" or understand how great this news is for the SC2 scene (and TL).
I actually decided awhile ago to stop watching SC2 the moment Taeja stop playing. So this is great news for me as it will extend it a little further.

Yesss!!!! So glad to hear that Taeja will not be retiring!

TaeJa not retiring until he gets his Triple Crown, or so it would seem.

This thread makes me wish that esports had it's shit together enough to support players getting surgery through the subsequent non-earning down time.

it was probably a team mate or brother typing in the chat.

He beat convincingly both last season's gsl finalists in the most important tournament of the year, but hey, paralyze and hush are still better cuz they are real Koreans who compete in korea
