I've read an interview from esport invasion's staff, he said they were well aware being "amateurs" but wanted to give it a try.. most of their koreans players are just going to retire soon or just joined for a try out.. I dont see any bad things here expect maybe all the trash talks.
I agree this is very light from them but still, who cares if you re just "followers".. TL go get an interview already ahah 
One thing is for sure though, they probably have the worst communication from the whole esport history  (that was my contribution for the "trash talk")

did this team send any player to a tournament or cup? they sign koreans and none of them is playing in tournaments or streams or modify his twitter <---Yes Twitter is important to esports^^

I talked a bit with one of the guys behind Invasion esports a while ago, and it seems it stemmed from one of the Korean (Noblesse IIRC, but that was one of Super, Noblesse or TAiLS) that was searching for a casual team (like, no pressure, salary only if results etc.) and somewhat ended up contacting Invasion esports. Oh and that was an informal talk in a bar, so don't take this for granted, but that's what I heard of the story.
The thing that struck me is that apparently Noblesse firmly stated that he wanted to play like semi-pro, and only get money if he'd get results. Invasion would help with events, flights, etc.
I know that doesn't tells much, but at least there's that.
