I don't think the tank has the same fantasy/space stuff disconection from reality that a battlecruiser has, for example. So even though i'm terran, i'll be more confortable with lego doing protoss stuff, that are further away from actual weaponery

as long it is sci-fi I think there is no problem of having it as a lego product I think, they have stormtroopers, they had english soldiers of 18th century and warship also, no I think lego has a clear politic against "actual" military vehicule/people. When it is fantasy it is fine.
