Prime Terran player Joo Jin Hyuk, better known as (T)eins, has retired. He is most famously known for beating Stork in Proleague.
eins had a 1 - 2 record in PL and was close to qualifying for WCS KR multiple times.

I have a new theory, marineking is actually killing off prime terrans. Maru escaped to jin air, byun's deader than SC2 and now eins is gone and has "retired". Watch out salvation, you're next.

All players in the community are important. Question is, why should we care about a comment from a no name as yourself?

Well Stork isn't exactly the creme of the creme in SC2.

kinda agree, but not because eins doesnt deserve a retirement/goodbye thread. It's just that everytime a progamer retires, even if they havent had that huge of an impact to the scene so many people blame sc2 for the retirement and suddenly its no longer a goodbye thread, its about flaming starcraft itself. and yes always seeing these retirement threads pop up is really kinda annoying. I mean we dont have a thread for every player going pro either. so that would be a really nice idea to complement all the negative talk about retirement thats really hurting starcraft

I made this cause one of my favorite players on my favorite team decides to retire. I just want to give him all the attention he deserves before he leaves forever.

No eins!

Prime is looking in bad shape now.
I used to play random, but for you I play very specifically.

His whole liquipedia page:

As of May 29, 2013, eins has been listed as part of Prime's player roster.

On May 27, 2014, his retirement was announced.

Anyways gl to him in the future, although I never knew him.

And who are you, the proud lord said, that I must bow so low?

He was some cute youngster who did a nice job in proleague where he could. I enjoyed his upset in Proleague, but I really want to wish him goodbye and good luck!

Yeah he is only GSL Code S top 16 (at least) and the MVP (albeit controversial) of the last Proleague round. But it's true that eins beating him once doesn't make eins' retirement a big deal.

I had high hopes for eins.. sad to see him retire. Best of luck to him in future endeavors.

Also on topic of why should we have threads about players retiring. Even if he was somewhat of a noname. He was on a pro team that alone should qualify him for a thread imo.

No! His name had so much rhyme and pun potential!

In all seriousness, sad to see talents leave just as the show a bit of potential.
