The upsets kept coming in the WCS Europe Premier League. Though it was no great shock to see last season's semifinalist yoeFW.San take first place in Group D of the Ro32, few expected StarCraft 2 legend IM_Mvp to exit the group in last place.
Instead, it fell to occasional WCS Europe commentator XMG.ToD and Premier League newcomer AT|uThermal to contend for the second place spot. At the end of a back and forth series, ToD clinched the victory in game three, holding out against uThermal's constant infantry-mine aggression to claim a spot in the Ro16.
The WCS Europe Ro32 continues in two days with Group E, featuring BabyKnight, First, StarDust, and FireCake.

Anyways, really sad for Mvp, but I'm still happy for San and ToD. Really hoping for an Mvp top 2 next season though. I BELIEVE!!!

Congrats to ToD! Very unexpected, I haven't seen any of his games but he must have played really well! Also, uThermal was impressive Hope he makes into the RO16 next season.
lol just 2 weeks ago he said about terran "I don't know what to do against that race", almost felt like balance whine, just to knock out the king of wings shortly after...

ppl stopped complaining about the obvious, and accepted how it is. You cannot denie there is a slight imbalance, but what does the whining do since WoL because Blizzard isn't going to change it
I would love to see the upsets continue tomorrow, ToD and uThermal going through over Mvp and San would be so much fun to watch.

I guess I got half of it right, still made me smile because it's ToD. Sad to see the terrans losing though as a Terran myself. But hey, all coins have two sides.
I am really happy for ToD, I am a bit sad that he isn't commentating WCS EU though, he did a really good job. WCS EU was really lucky to have him as a commentator.

An interesting conclusion could be: Koreans, which play in EU are worsening over time.
that is not really surprising, as over time, you adapt to the level you need to play to win. That is what happens too every sportsman in every league or sport
