We sympathize with Heromarine and JonnyRecco today, but tomorrow, they very well may both qualify. The only Koreans left to play the Wildcard, AFAIK, are Patience and Revenge. And even if THEY both qualify, there are 4 (probably 5) spots to be won tomorrow.

Patience is already in, so yeah I'm pretty sure it's just Revenge left. Then again it's the ladder wildcard and I'm not sure if there are other Koreans planning a switch to EU who have been laddering a lot on EU

Looking at last season's list of Koreans in the Ladder Wildcard, we had First (now qualified), Yoda (qualified), Patience (qualified), Tails (Code S), Revenge, and Dragon. Also, the only Korean from EU that was knocked out was Daisy, who hopped regions over to play in the American qualifier, so he can't play in this one. I'm looking through the Aigulac South Korean Rankings, and about a hundred players deep, I can't find anyone else who isn't qualified in some region that hasn't played in a qualifier this season for either America or Korea.

He announced quite a while ago that he'd be focusing more on his education, he'll still play when he has the chance but won't be as dedicated to SC2 as before.

Yey for le ToD and Terrans. Hope Dimaga qualifies from ladder wildcard, sad to see WCS without him.

He made top 16 in premier in season 1 so he kept his spot. This is just for Challenger

so.... since when did yoda and first get residency in europe?

lol, i love how people care so much and have to ask this about the korean participants. like really? are we so offended by the korean presence that we all have to play nosy internet detective about their visas? i'm pretty sure ESL probably has their shit together on verifying these things.

I dunno man, have you seen their website?

By my magic ESL powers I can assure you they all havea european IP

Happy that YoDa and First finally made it, its always so sad when you see good players from respectable Korean teams not getting picked up. Hopefully this will help their cause now. Really happy for DeMusliM as well, nice to see the devil terran still fighting.
