IM must win its game versus Jin Air to have any chance to make the playoffs.
If Jin Air wins twice, they are in the playoffs. If Jin Air beats IM and loses to Prime, they are in the playoffs. If Jin Air beats Prime, and loses to IM, it's down to mapscores. Jin Air needs to lose 2-3 to make the playoffs, but IM's fate will depend on Samsung. If Jin Air lose twice and Samsung win at least once, they are out. If Jin Air and Samsung win an equal number of games it will depend on mapscores.
If Samsung win twice, they are in the playoffs. They can still go up to second in this case if they win enough maps. If Samsung win once and Jin Air wins twice, Samsung is in the playoffs. If Samsung win once and Jin Air lose to IM, it will depend on map scores. If Samsung lose twice and Jin Air lose twice, it will depend on mapscores. If Samsung lose twice and Jin Air beat IM, it will depend on map scores.
The lineup isn't surprising given the Win/Loss ratio from all the matches so far. The three players with the highest Win/Loss ratio are terran, however, the next 18 spots are filled with only zerg and protoss.

Hype matches this week definitely RorO vs Classic and Trap vs Maru.
Obviously too little too late but happy to see Gerrard stick with keeping TerrOr out of the lineup. Sending him out to get slaughtered wasn't doing anyone any good.
Fun fact: his replacement, DeParture, has 18 matches recorded in Aligulac, and *every single one* is a ZvZ. That's not just offline Korean matches, that's ALL matches against ANY opponent. He has *never* played a Terran or Protoss in a game of any significance. I don't think I've ever seen a player with that many matches playing them all against the same race.
Edit: The above fun fact is wrong; I didn't notice that for some reason DeParture's page that comes up when you google search "departure aligulac" has a "ZvZ only" filter on. Oops.

With his poor performance in Code A it's seeming pretty likely that the "CoCa is Jin Air's best player in practice" hype might have been a little exaggerated.
I'm just surprised that MVP is still not playing DRG despite him doing so well in Code A. I suppose they know the match is pointless and want to let him focus practicing for Code S?

Still, you have players like Terminator who didn't even make it to Code A this season and he is playing twice this week.
Oh wow... they need to bring back that rule that made the teams send a player of each race per match, this ammount of PvP/ZvZ/ZvP is just not worth watching for me.
That Samsung LU! Thought there was an 'at least 2 race' requirement, but it seems not to be the case... Which is kind of a pitty...
Also, only having Maru as T is quite sad for the game diversity... Only 3 MU to be showcased (not counting Maru Kassia) with a total of 9 mirrors and 4 PvZs!
But it's not surprising since KT is not playing either, and there are for the moment only 3 consistent T in PL (with Flash and Baby).
is that allowed what samsung does? :O i thought there must be at least one player of another race, i heard that somewhere, probably the people who said that's why we don't see only pvp in proleague
Why are there 2 separate % numbers? Where are these coming from?^^
The first is the reporter vote (60%), the second is the popular vote (40%). Source is the KeSPA Facebook page as linked.
Edit: Also, I just realised even without my additional rounding off it doesn't quite add up lol. Never mind, it does, they just use the actual fraction.

That screen capture combined with only Maru for Terran this week = some quality laughter

well i didnt know that in my last week trades XD so what happens to the score of this round? i mean, do we have a big winner at the end SPL 2014 or something like that? tnx
Ohsnap. Do want IM in playoffs, so if SKT wins 3-0 against Samsung, MVP need to snatch more maps from Khan than Green Wings against IM. But sadly it will be something like
Terran is such a manly race. The few remaining players still being fielded are gods among men, so they top the rankings :D. It must be tough being a Zerg or Protoss fan, you don't have such epicness available.
Edit: And things like KassiA vs Maru is only going to confirm the Terran Overpowered feeling that is shared by David Kim and multiple fans of David Kim.

I think he saw TY vs Terror and already thinks about a way to stop that ridiculous TvZ imbalance

What?
Yeah my DeParture factoid was completely wrong; I was wanting to check his Aligulac and googled "aligulac departure" but for whatever reason the page that comes up has a "ZvZ only" filter on. Sorry for any confusion.

still i think maru is 6-0 ? and there are 2 more terrans with high rankings ...
so the race isnt the problem, just the teams not have the right players it seems because guys like flash and maru shows that terran owns
also teams think to much p op, with so bad winratios in proleague you would thinl they think twice
It's less T op more so Flash / TY / Maru op, the entire rest of terran race is doing horribly in proleague, while positive win ratio protoss / zerg are dime a dozen. .

I had no idea. Thought that the value was calculated according to past performances and I could trade the not fielded players for the last round. Now it's clear it's based on the potential to score wurther points. I have Flash in the team with 0 value as he's not going to score anything anymore. Should have traded him in the penultimate trading period; now he's worthless when I thought he would easily be traded.
Luckily it's only a one player and could have been much worse.
