Detailed results and standings on Liquipedia

The first WCS America qualifier for the American sub-region concluded with (Z)viOLet, (T)d.SeleCT, (P)deimos.Bails, and (P)c.SaroVati earning spots in the Challenger League. Two more qualifiers remain for America, as well as qualifiers for South East Asia, Taiwan/HK/Macua, and a final "Ladder Wildcard" (regionless) qualifier. The Chinese qualifier had previously concluded, with (Z)Toodming, (Z)Courage, and (Z)XiGua qualifying from their sub-region.

The WCS 2014 system has changed the Challenger League drastically, with players who make it through the qualifier being matched up against one of the previous season's Premier League/Challenger players in a single best-of-five series to decide qualification for the new Premier League season. A detailed description of the new WCS system can be found here.

Almost all new players advancing are Toss. More people should play Terran! (And be good at it, that is.)

Jim is in Challenger already, and MacSed is in Premier, so the two best tosses weren't in the qualifier.

Yes, 2 out of 7 are toss in this post. Such an overwhelming majority and an excellent case for a balance whine........

For WCS AM there are qualifiers for continental america, China, Taiwan/Hong Kong and SEA. Those three Chinese players are from the Chinese qualifier.

Well I just enjoy the fact that NASL is doing an equally shitty job as MLG did after NASL shat all over MLG back then.

Gratz to Violet great to see him back (and I truly hope he makes it straight into premier) after almost an entire year of no competition for him. I still remember him from the first season of code s I watched (2011 july) and he has developed so much from being an ok Zerg on MVP.

Bails is a sick player, that being said I was disappointed to see Illusion go down. I feel like he's been kind of quiet in HOTS hoping to see a come back.

Omg, viOLet and SeleCT? Is it 2011 again already?

Now all we need is Kiwikaki, Sheth, Painuser, and Drewbie to qualify. Casted by HDStarcraft and Husky, with IncontroL as a *player*.
