Europe getting more and more stacked by the day.
|
Hmmm.. MC or these two to Mouz? Or all three and Mouz domination on team leagues in Europe? this is interesting situation indeed..
Or then Mouz just ran out of money or interest in SC2 and won't hire anybody, is also possible. we'll see

Are they interested in moving to Europe or are they just interested in participating WCS EU?

Probably the latter. Europe holds a special significance to them I would guess, as both of them won their only premier tournaments in EU

oh and im guessing innovation will qualify through ladder as well? unless hes going back to korea jjakji is going to play normal qualifier not the wildcard system. Innovation will play WCS KR. I thought, this would´nt be possible anymore; I mean, Sase was´nt allowed to play the taiwanese qualifiers, because of the new partial region lock, is there a great difference between his situation and Jjakjis?
Jjakji lives in Switzerland with a visa and is part of a european team

i love this actually because of these koreans who want to play in wcs EU the play level of the foreigners in europe will raise a little bit (for example: Scarlett's ZvT is now really really really good since innovation joined his team)

I got bad news for Yoda and First. You havent made an effort to reach out to your foreign fans and are therefore considered faceless Koreans. I think they will be teamless for a pretty long time and will get the obligatory "This guy is so good why doesnt he have a team?!" comments.

exactly, he lives and works in Switzerland full time

Unless I have misinterpreted the rules the ladder wildcard slots have a qualifier themselves for anyone in Masters or Grandmasters with 200 of more wins, not just the top 4 players in GM. So jjakji, First, and YoDa will most likely be playing in that qualifier.

It's interesting that Liquid has not picked up a player in so long. And also that EG hasn't been quick to replace their losses, which have been many. Maybe these foreign teams are realizing that if they just support 1 or 2 stars (Jaedong, Taeja), they'll get just as much exposure for their sponsors as if they supported a bunch of players.

not bad, just not as good. first for trap is a pretty even trade but yes losing yoda hurts.
