Main Team 3  Bbyong4  Byul7  herO[jOin] (captain)4 Sora4 Squirtle4 Yonghwa4 Jin Air Green Wings Anti Team 6 DongRaeGu4 Effort3 TurnAny advice is welcome! I'm not so confident about this team. Maybe I should switch Byul for Savage, and use the extra point to upgrade Yonghwa to TY? I'm not sure how smart it is to choose Yonghwa and Squirtle; both are capable of doing very well, and also failing miserably. And for the antiteam, is it better to choose Stats or Dongraegu? | ||

Still couldn't remove NesTea though but I felt Jin Air Green Wings was a good choice over Incredible Miracle. At the cost of Mvp, aswell.  | ||

Become the miracle." /orsomesuch But Byul is IM's only/best Zerg, so he should get some good playing time. HerO is HerO, so I have to support him. Mvp, well, let's just hope he's still practicing and not injured. He's also IM's only/best Terran, so he should get some decent play time, too. Squirtle is Squirtle, and I still remember his epic GSL finals against MVP, particular Games 6 and 7. Dem mothership vortices into mass carrier and high temps vs BC's. Protoss sweetness. SKT's Rain is Rain, and as he and Parting showed, their in top form coming off the "off-season". Also, the KeSPA system loves Rain, I think, because he seems like such a diligent trainee, so I anticipate he'll get picked as Ace over PartinG a lot (just like last season). I really wanted to pick PartinG, though T.T CJ's Sora is a legend, or a legend in the making. I believe in him. He's a kingslayer, having beaten Innovation and a bunch of top people in Korean online qualifiers to various tourneys. | ||

Im surprised to see IM's MVP on so many anti team lists lol, making me question my faith in him. CJ Entus Sora has had some impressive results recently. KT Rolster Stats is their best toss afaik, and Shine and Pigbaby were somewhat random. | ||

Dream and Rain are going against each other, but Dream being the only MVP player fielded twice tells me he's probably going to appear a lot in future rounds, one round isn't enough to justify not picking him especially when I can't later. Also Kal is the best anti-pick ever. Anyone see him play recently? He did pretty bad. He'll lose hopefully a lot, despite his BW prowess. | ||

In the hybrid Proleague, when he played for ACE where he got little practice, he beat players such as Flash, Innovation and Rain. He definitely has potential, although he has not had much games to show it. Furthermore, with Prime's weak lineup, he may actually get to be the ace of the team. Main Team 2 Coca7 herO[jOin]4 Keen3 Solar (captain)4 Sora4 Squirtle6 SK Telecom T1 Anti Team 3 Mvp4 Shine6 StatsAll evaluations/assertions done via Aligulac - Coca has a ridiculously high rating for his cost; CJ's third best player and pretty far above those behind him (not playing this week) - herO very likely to be CJ's ace, and he is actually the 2nd highest rated player in all of Proleague (behind sOs), making his cost of 7 actually a bargain (playing TY this week, definite advantage herO) - KeeN because I need a terran, he has a good history in teamleagues, and his TvP is actually pretty good (playing YongHwa this week, slight advantage YongHwa) - My boy Solar is disgustingly underrated - he is actually the best player Samsung currently has; been a fan of him ever since he came out of nowhere to beat Stephano and Rain last PL (playing sOs this week, slight advantage to sOs) - Sora also crazy underrated, 2nd best player on CJ for only 3 points (playing Flash this week, even match vs Flash) - Squirtle has not the highest rating, but a really good PvP which is a useful talent toi have in PL (playing Terror and Sniper this week, large advantage vs Terror and slight advantage vs Sniper) - SKT because they are really top heavy in a format that just got shortened (and because I could afford them) (Plays MVP and Prime this week, 80% chance of outright win or ace match vs MVP and 90% chance of outright win or ace match vs Prime) ANTI: - Mvp for anti because he never plays teamleagues, and even when he does he's not that good (no appearances this week) - Shine for anti because he has an awful rating for his cost (there are many players above him in rating from MVP) (Facing Soulkey and Trap this week, fully expect him to lose twice) - Stats for anti because he has an awful rating for his cost (although he is currently in KT's top 4, I imagine he will be rotated out if they start losing - his Aligulac rating is actually only about 10 points higher than Myungsik's.... a 1-pointer) (facing Hydra this week, definite advantage to Hydra's sick vP) Random Aligulac trivia going by Proleague score ranking: - top 3 are CJ, Jinair, and IM (even without HerO) - if they participated, Startale would be better than any current PL team - Samsung and Prime are worse than Millenium, Mouz, and ROOT and going by all-kill score ranking: - KT is only 7th highest among PL teams; and worse than teams like iG, Yoe Flash Wolves, and Millenium. - Prime is actually worse than the 1-man team of their former player, CM Storm Polt (at least they're better than the other prominent 1-man teams, Alliance and SK Gaming) | ||
