SoulKey usually loses his first series in a tournament, yet he has never lost a series to a foreigner. So, which rule applies? I guess Naniwa is fucked. Also qualifying just from WCS Korea, this man is not to be fucked with. I hope Naniwa checked out SoulKey vs Dear and takes that route, because I have never seen any other style that didn't get demolished by SK.
Also so many good players...
GO SOULKEY GO INNOVATION GO DEAR GO MVP GO MARU GO MMA GO POLT

Jaedong is #3 highest earner overall, Flash is #2 and Fatal1ty (shooter god lolol) is #1. If Flash can edge out 8,2k more, he will be #1. Jaedong needs 10,2k more

Yeah I was considering adding BW as well but I decided to keep it strictly SC2 for consistency. We can agree that MC isn't the only rich motherfucker attending Blizzcon though, that's for sure

The Fatal1ty thing is hilarious. People kept making new shooters and he kept winning in all of them tt

He has also made commercials etc.

that is was bloody brilliant read

Amazing numbers so HYPED!

These Aligulac predictions make 0 sense. Why do players have a higher chance of getting top 2 than winning the tournament? Why do the numbers randomly go up and down from different places?

Holy. This means that if Jaedong gets 4th place or higher this weekend he becomes the highest earning player in the history of ESPORTS.
What now MC fans?
Bitch. Please.

Mathematically, it is more likely that Innovation wins the tournament than ends up in second place. For Taeja, it's more likely that he'll lose in the finals than win it.

Unlike MC, Jaedong tastefully downplays his earnings, knowing that his vast wealth is merely a means to an end, something used to purchase the minds and hearts of lesser men in his bid for ultimate world domination.
Like Bane, Jaedong understands true power, and that money buys only the illusion of it.

Correct and I'll make a bit clearer. Example: Ro16: Innovation vs Soulkey Ro8 Winner of Inno vs SK plays vs Duckdeok
Before brackets, we all are predicing that Inno and SK are getting Top4 results, but bracket can avoid it like I show in my example. The chances are based on brackets and potential opponents in next rounds!

Be way more interesting just to see the HotS stats tbh :/

With only 16 players, why don't they all have 100% chance of being top 16?

fantastic read, thank you very much for compiling the numbers!
