Snute win Red Bull Training Grounds 2, defeating Huk in the grand finals with a close 4-3 score.
Red Bull closed off its second Training Grounds by crowning birthday boy Liquid`Snute as its champion. Though Snute started off the tournament with a surprise loss to State, he bounced back by defeating the rest of his competition including Illusion, Huk, Nestea, and then Huk again in the finals.
Though Snute was the man of the tournament, Huk also showed impressive play in the tournament, going back to his "Huk" roots with gateway pressures and multi-pronged attacks.
Special mention goes to Succeed, the big surprise of the tournament. Although he failed to make it out of group stages due to map score tiebreakers, he took at least a game off of everyone in his group and proved to be much more of a challenge than anyone expected him to be.
VODs can be found at Red Bull's twitch channel.

No WCS points - WCS tournaments require open brackets

Grats Snute!
I thought Succeed failed to advance of head to head despite his even map score with nestea.
|
Good job Snute but I am glad to see Huk back in the picture

It's mostly an issue of manpower, surprised they bothered to do one for a smaller tournament like this.(although it did have big viewership considering it was " small " 38k for the finals).

Liquid revenge ! Congratulations Snute !

The games against huk is actually well worth seeing, very close and high intensity. GG snute <3

In the final game, Huk realized there´s a 100 bucks more for second place and he made typical EG decision.
