The manager playing would result in any game he played being a walkover for his opponent (i may be wrong, i dont know if the manager is a former pro, very high masters, etc?) *The only situation i can agree with and think K3 should of been allowed to do to continue in the league, is quickly signing 2 fully teamless players to the team so they would continue as 4 K3 players + Socke as the joker. Whatever our opinion is, it seems apparent that the communication between and with the admins was not good enough. Anyone remember WGTour Clan League games? I remember us having to use Managers sometimes because a lot of our boys couldn't show up on certain dates. lol Fun times! Poor Ash and James. They won a few times though, haha.

I think ATC is in the right; having a team that doesn't exist get into the playoffs would've made the tournament look a lot less professional. Still, the admins should have come to a unanimous decision. It makes them look about as unprofessional to have these different rulings coming down, and it's just mean to jerk these players and managers around like that

It happens pretty often in teamgames (e.g. Counter-Strike).

They should just change the name of the team for a few more weeks so people don't get bothered by it because they have no affiliation to K3 anymore.

This is basically it. However, it brings up the problem of hiring new players for their own team period. What if players drop out, get sick/injured, or quit? Do they then just forfeit their spot?

Even is weird sports like sailing, you aren't able to sail without a full crew(yes, there is an advantage to sailing with fewer people if you can pull it off).

By that ruling, Vortix and Lucifron should definitely not be able to play for mousesports for 2 matchdays - unless that rule only applies to mercenaries - mousesports didnt use them in week 10, lets see what week 11 brings. Not allowing thorzain and sortof on the base of having maximum 1 mercenary is understandable, but not allowing the to continue with ryo is bad form, he participated as player in other teamleagues before so he definitely qualifies as (maybe weak) player. Especially given that it the 2nd round just now starts it would distort the league way less than removing them.

But there's no way you can keep playing in the tournament with five random guys from five different teams, it's just real weird. The right decision was made, imo, but the communication was certainly lacking.

Boo on them for not being on top of the ball, ATC implications were among the first things I thought of when VortiX and LucifroN left. So 3 players from former karont3 (equal to slayers or other disbanded teams finishing team leagues) and their joker they used in accordance to the rules. I dont really get why this was denied especially. I hope the results of round 1 are not removed and just round 2 is a walkover for all teams.
