I probably could have but honestly, TLPD admins are all so busy atm that I felt like I shouldn't really bother them with this.

Normally, GMarshal is my go to guy for TLPD questions. But he told me that he himself didn't know anything about uploading TLPD profile pics. I kind of figured this was something I could try to figure out on my own so I just went for it.

Semi-relevant but Leenock's name is spelled wrong in TLPD.

Should be Lee Dong Nyoung
A lot of websites has corrected themself by now, including liquipedia so thought it was a good time to change TLPD as well.
His profile pic is kinda old as well, but w/e
