I wished wcs korea got more points than the other regions, and have more players get through to the big stage (its not like that right now, is it? otherwise im looking like a fool here-_-). I fear that now, when the 3 regions will clash, there will be a huge skill disparity, even with koreans getting through in US and EU regions. Oh well, if the final games are good, thats alright with me. | ||

Man... that joke hurt more to make than I thought it would. The way WCS NA has played out so far has proven a lot of my fears about the non-region locked format to be true and is a huge disappointment. I was really hoping that this format, when originally announced, would help create a thriving Starcraft II professional infrastructure in NA, but looking at the way this tournament is going I'd be surprised if there is any real progress in our scene over the next year. What incentive do teams and sponsors have to support training houses if Koreans and Europeans are just going to run roughshod over the local guys and take all of the major airtime? | ||

I don't always have the time to watch the 4 hour VODs, but I could have a few minutes to browse e-sports news. TL is not only WCS EU/NA news, it is the whole of SC2, and other games. TL has had the option to hide spoiler results for years, but now with WCS NA/EU just doing a thread on the general forum, it is not possible to hide it. Just a simple thing such a change of the name title works ("WCS NA/EU results" instead of "X and Y advance"), but the news section has been there for a long time now. | ||
