You have your word, and a screen shot of a person on an account which may or may not be his. Anyway, whether it is really him or not is irrelevant because of how outdated that is. Why do you feel the need to bring something that is over a year old up now? If it really was mewby, I'm sure he regrets the things he said to you, as well as many other people. He apologized for his actions with InControl, which mind you was 9 months ago. And InControl has let it go. He has apologized for the resulting discussion in this thread, to his team mates, to incontrol, to DJ Wheat, to the people within Clarity. So I ask you - Why bring something like this to light if you can't -really- substantiate your claim? It's not like you're coming in here to tell us that "2 weeks ago Mewby BM'd me on ladder, and you shouldn't trust him, he is lying to you and taking advantage of you, here is "x,y,z" for proof." Someone uncovered screenshots of orb saying the word and being a BM asshole on his stream. EG asked him about it. Orb flat-out lied to Alex and the rest of the EG management and said it wasn't him, and his stupid lie was uncovered almost immediately.
He was fired for lying to his boss. Not for saying a racial slur.
And yes, "nigger" *is* a racist word. Just 'cause you don't care about using it doesn't make it good or okay to throw around.

Who said anything about a free pass? He's already been criticized and pitchforked against, and he's well aware of how the community is responding to him. He's obviously on a difficult road ahead of him where he has to work twice as hard to gain approval from people who bash on him, so no, it's not a "free pass." Clarity's also probably going to keep him under close watch.
It's not really helping when people throw slurs and names at one person, despite what they did. If you don't like someone, just ignore them. You've mentioned that you think the other pickups are cool; so why not just support them instead? 
Watching the finals was very entertaining--it'll be interesting to follow these players in the future. congrats to you guys ^_^

Good on Clarity to pick up some up and coming youngsters, as it is probably the best time to instill the disipline and proper ettiquite that they will need later.
Also great to see a newer team making some big strides.
