And damn, Flash seems to be a pretty humble guy. Not what you would expect from God I suppose...

Anyway, cool stuff from the others too (Losira <3 .Though there is a typo for his race. And Squirtle talks about... himself? "MC-hyung, YongHwa-hyung, Ruin, and Squirtle all have different styles, but we're all doing really well. ")

When you get strong and powerful, it is easy to show authority and downplay others?

But God is humble, able to mixed in to people easily Makes me love him haha.

Shit he finally made it to Code S after so many tries!
The amount of hardwork I always try to imagine, to keep trying to be the top.

It shows in his game , right?
Today I am so hot for flash, it is hard not to give praise to him after seeing his game today...

It's more the other way around.
Given the recent tournament results per race, and the noticeable Zerg influx in code S/A, Terran and Protoss doing well in WoL have nothing to prove.

A lot of Zerg will fail quite hard in HoTS and complain about imbalance when really, it was imbalance in the first place which helped them reaching their WoL status.

Besides, really disappointed by Flash complaining about balance despite not having plaid a single game of HoTS.
So much for Kespa professionalism etc...

This post is very ironic because it is the exact same argument that Zergs used when Terrans argued about balance in the summer. Zergs thought Terrans were just upset because it was balanced and Terrans were so used to having the upper edge. To see so many Terrans complain about this and then use the same argument is hilarious.

The situations are similar but not identical.
Right now every single indicators point toward Zerg being stronger.
While previously, even at the Terran peak, they were differences between the Korean/Foreigner scene and GSL/foreign tournament results which made it less obvious whether Terran as a race was stronger.

Can you give evidence of what your talking about? I didn't see anything like what your describing where non-Terrans outside of Korea were fine. They most certainly were not.

flash better get practicing quick for hots! Luckily the rampant patching means starting late won't matter too much, i'd even give it a good chance the changed medivac won't survive patching..

well, in 2011, we had stephano, huk, idra, naniwa, dimaga, white-ra and ret all winning premiers, whereas for foreign terran we had thorzain and sjow. can't've been that bad

Actually, a lot of low tier Terrans were weeded out by the Queen patch, like asd, Virus, TOP, TheBest, and countless others, plus every foreign Terran. Only the most talented remain competitive. It's time for Zerg to know this as well, as they knew it at their very beginning (where only Nestea, Leenock and DRG were capable of doing anything). Expect most of the foreign Zerg to fall into oblivion if balance remain like this for HotS. Which would not be that bad, I think.

How is he complaining? He just said that he heard that there's some imbalance, and said that it's not good if that's the case.

Flash played really well. I didn't appreciate it enough yesterday because I was rooting for him to lose, but he deserved his victory.
Well, now I tell you, I never seen good come o' goodness yet. Him as strikes first is my fancy; dead men don't bite; them's my views--amen, so be it.

Flash in Code S, finally!
To bad he has virtually no HoTS experience with the beta soon to end and with all future tournaments in HoTS. I hope he doesn't drop back directly to Code A in last place from the RO32 or get eliminated early from the other tournaments, but at this point that's a strong possibility, hopefully he somehow gets some much needed practice and experience. Or he manages to win using his fundamentals and adaptation.

Pretty much. Flash could probably be on any team and dominate. It's his determination to do crazy amounts of practice.

Flash <3333

Flash's talent and discipline are unquestionable, but you just cannot ignore the team's role in providing the right environment and support to develop talent.

I can't think of many teams able to provide care and rehabilitation Flash received for his arm injury. I doubt Flash's physical condition would be anywhere as good if he wasn't playing for KT.

Even as I was practicing HotS, my manager told me to get some tournament experience, and it was thanks to him that I was able to participate in the GSTL pre-season.

weird, Losira wasn't even on the roster for the pre season or at the studio. wonder why he said that.
yeah I was wondering wtf losira is talking about in this sentence as well lol

TOP and TheBest still play. Asd retired with two Zergs at his level. No clue about Virus. I don't think balance caused a lot of retirements. Mostly just the Kespa players switching over. Plenty of Zergs have left as well. Coca, Sirius, Cytoplasm and Darkforce are some recent examples. The balance right now is actually in pretty good shape. Better then HOTS for sure.
