You can be a part of the action! We’re looking for 70 passionate StarCraft fans to join Day[9] and TeamLiquid in the studio on Blizzard’s campus and act as a live audience for the Community stream. Share in the entertainment and excitement of launch day and show us your love of the game!
Dinner provided in the evening, and snacks throughout the day. Meet, mingle, and play games with top casters, pro gamers, community figureheads, Blizzard employees, and fellow StarCraft fans. Enjoy an unforgettable day on the Blizzard campus!
There’s no entrance fee—you just need to be available in Irvine, CA on March 11, and be among the 70 lucky people who snag a special VIP pass here!
Schedule:
1:30pm PDT - Shuttle buses from the Irvine Spectrum begin pick up and drop off for VIP pass holders to come to the Blizzard campus. The festivities kick off with time to mix and mingle with Day[9], TeamLiquid’s HotBid and Heyoka, Blizzard employees and other surprise guests appearing on the stream.
3:00pm PDT - We’ll go live with our broadcast and enjoy content from the worldwide StarCraft community, plus live interviews and a not-to-be missed King of the Beta Tournament. Snacks and dinner will be provided for guests. Studio seating will be provided to watch the broadcast stream, along with boardgame/card game tables.
8:00pm PDT - The last of the shuttles will leave for the Irvine Spectrum, where you can rejoin Day[9] and friends at Blizzard's official North American Launch Event and the midnight release of the game.

Keep checking, i was f5ing to watch (I have no chance of being in Irvine) and it went from Pending to allowing me to reserve a ticket (which I obviously did not do since I can't go anyway.)

Hey guys!
Congratulations on snagging an exclusive VIP pass to the Community Launch Party at Blizzard! We have an amazing day planned for you!
Some quick reminders:
1) Don’t forget to watch all of the official Heart of the Swarm Launch events live on Monday at www.starcraft2.com/SwarmLaunch! The action starts with the official Korean Heart of the Swarm Launch at 3am PDT followed by Part One of the Community stream at 6am PDT, and the official European Heart of the Swarm Launch at 11am PDT. You will be a part of the live audience when we resume Part Two of the Community stream at 3pm PDT!
2) If you can no longer come to the event, please let us know right away by emailing. We have a long waiting list of guests who would love to take your place.
3) Parking at the Blizzard campus is limited, so we’ve arranged for you to leave your car at a parking lot just north of the Irvine Spectrum Center, across the street from 1 Glen Bell Way, Irvine, CA 92618. Please do not go directly to the Blizzard campus, since we will not be able to admit you there.
4) We’ll be running a shuttle all day that will travel back and forth between Blizzard and the parking lot facing Glen Bell. The first shuttle will leave at approximately 1:30 PM. Look for a Heart of the Swarm sign for the event and park nearby.
5) Because our broadcast studio space is limited, we can only admit guests who are ticketholders. You must bring a photo ID along with your EventBrite pass, and present these in order to get onto the shuttle. If you purchased your EventBrite pass under a gamer name which does not match your photo ID, please contact us immediately so we can include your proper name on our guest list. We remind you that you must be 18 or older to attend and that last minute ticket transfers are not permitted. There will be no exceptions to these rules!
6) Please feel free to bring cheerfuls to the event! We want an exciting audience for our live stream! We’ll also have poster board and markers at the event for you to use.
7) Once you arrive at Blizzard, you’ll have time to grab some food, snatch some swag, and mix and mingle with our Blizzard hosts, your fellow StarCraft community members and some surprise VIP guests. If you arrive before 5 PM, you can even take a special tour of the Blizzard campus! So come early! The live broadcast begins at 3 PM!
8) At 8:00 PM, you’ll join Day[9] and his film crew and travel by shuttle from the Blizzard campus to the Irvine Spectrum Center, site of the official North American Launch, and be a part of the countdown to midnight! (Please note we will not be returning to the Blizzard campus after 8:00 PM so you should take your belongings with you when we leave for the North American Launch Event.)
9) After 8:30 PM we will run a continuous shuttle between the Irvine Spectrum Center (from your drop-off point near the Corner Bakery) and the Glen Bell parking lot. This means you will have plenty of time to enjoy the festivities and still make it back to your car.
10) However, at midnight, please don’t join the crowd in line to pick up the Heart of the Swarm game. Instead, get on the shuttle and join us in the Glen Bell parking lot for a special surprise.
11) Again, don’t go home too early—we have organized with Blizzard a special surprise gift for you at midnight! (Spoiler! It’s an autographed Heart of the Swarm Collector’s Edition. :D) If you do leave early, please let a Day[9] representative know so we can make sure to get your gift to you via other means.
