Well, noteworthy koreans team-switching to other korean teams sounds good to me, as it means that there is room for competition and market practices other than "be loyal". Still sad to see him go, he was an icon for ST.

would make more sense if it's eg parting than Liquid Parting. I don't think Hero would like tough competition given his reputation.

maybe acer parting too...who knows. would improve scarlett zvp a lot too.

This could mean bad things are happening to startale, they already had to drop their lineup, maybe this means that they have to cut costs farther? And Liquid has a new sponsor and fnatic and col have lost some of their bigger names recently, so don't go calling him to eg just yet.

The KeSPA trade lock is until October, so in theory that would prevent Parting from going to a KeSPA team. But considering that he's now a free agent, does that still apply?

if it was Liquid, there would be a hint as it is always done. I stick with Azubu-Acer as they both said to be expanding their rosters. KeSPa on the other hand is unpredictable and i dunno if Parting is one of the guys that looks keen on KeSPa style practise routine (unless OSL and PL is Parting's goal now)

The contract is not public knowledge so we don't know the technical details. Maybe you have to be a free agent for a couple of months first, or maybe ever having been on type of team bars you from the other side. In any case the important thing is the spirit of the agreement. If KeSPA breaks the agreement, then ESF could bitch and respond aggressively, and use this as a justification. I don't really see KeSPA trying for anything like that.

Azubu is probably the most likely. The fact the FXOBoss (or whatever he is called these days) talks about strange bids in Korea leads me to believe that it is probably not just a switch to another Korean ESF team. I just hope it isn't some shady foreign organization that convinced him they would pay him his weight in gold when they get around to it.

Earlier today Parting retweeted dignitas Dream's streaming tweet, so I wouldn't completely discount the idea of dignitas acquiring him. If they want to remain in the SC2 scene they really need to do something soon. Still it is unlikely.
