Ya. This alone tells me that the whole "loan" thing is bullshit. Most likley they signed JD for a full year, once that contract is over they re negotiate a new contract depending on JD's performance. It's standard practice which prolly every person on the EG team does. I can't view this as a "loan" in any possible way.

There aren't a lot of teams that can actually do what EG is doing.
