Don't forgett that US Prize don't include VAT. Here in Sweden it's 25% 25% of 32 is another 8, and voila: €40.... Now most of EU isn't quite as bed but I imagine most have around 20% VAT. Plus I saw it listed at most major retailers here at 299 SEK ~$42 ~ €33 | ||

So the actual price for me (currently in Texas) is 43.29$ | ||

You already have Heart of the Swarm™ in North America. You don’t need to upgrade any other Wings of Liberty® accounts, because Heart of the Swarm™ will be eligible for Global Play (you will be able to play it in any game region). However, you can still upgrade your existing Heart of the Swarm™ account to the Digital Deluxe edition | ||
