Remember you can pre-order your copy through the TL store and help support Team Liquid! It's also an easy way to get a beta key! |

Don't forgett that US Prize don't include VAT. Here in Sweden it's 25% 25% of 32 is another 8, and voila: €40....
Now most of EU isn't quite as bed but I imagine most have around 20% VAT.
Plus I saw it listed at most major retailers here at 299 SEK ~$42 ~ €33

I wouldn't mind supporting TL and getting a beta key but, living outside the US I don't want to order anything but the digital copy. Amazon doesn't give me much information so do you guys know if it's trying to sell me a hard or digital copy? -^_^- Thanks.

Stuff like this seems silly. Nobody complains about Call of Duty or Halo pricing. (Maybe they do but people still buy it). What have the new Call of Duty iterations brought to the game that is worth 60$? (Just an example)

mmmmm beta keys. delicious beta keys

Bought it. Supporting TL and gettin' dat beta key. <3

Does TL have a referral link for the Collector's Edition? I already have beta access and no care where I get it from but would like to support TL if possible.
Edit: Just found it in the Store.

Yeah... pretty much every game that is out has debuted at 59.99. Blizzard has pretty much always made their expansions 40$.

I live in Australia. If I order from Amazon, does it get pre-shipped to me, or do I have to wait for a few days after release? I'd like to support TL, but I don't really want to have to wait until a week after release to start playing.

I pre-ordered HOTS through Amazon to support TL the first time they announced this back in October of 2011. Do I still get a beta key?

Yep, I preordered from Amazon and the estimated tax for the game is 3.30$ (around 8% sell tax). So the actual price for me (currently in Texas) is 43.29$

What the fuck Blizzard Activision? Not to defend the price point but it is below the cost of your average full release. Unless you count indie games, $59.99 is about the normal price for any major release these days. The only ones I can remember being cheaper were Dark Souls repare to Die $39.99 (included original + DLC) and CS:GO $14.99.
I don't know (or care) what pricing is like where you are from. But in England a full AAA title for pc should cost around £25 (as it has always been here, for the most part), the only other game I'm looking to purchase is Hitman Absolution and that is around £25 everywhere I look. Now HOTS costs £33 to purchase from Blizz. How can they justify this shit? It's a fucking expansion and it costs more than some full priced AAA titles. Just for reference, Assassins Creed 3 £28, Dishonored £20, Far Cry 3 27.99. It's actually rare for a pc game to cost over £30 here
Also I would like to add I paid £34.99 for a WOL pre order. Fucking scumbag Activision want me to pay the same for an expansion? bitch please

Disappointed with how SC2 has turned out. Depends really on whether my friends get it.
I'll buy it at some point for the campaign but I might not buy it in the first 6months -year just to protest the kind of after thought the whole design has been.

Hey guys. I am really confused. I Went to go buy the digital pre order and i saw this when i hit hte upgrade
You already have Heart of the Swarm™ in North America. You don’t need to upgrade any other Wings of Liberty® accounts, because Heart of the Swarm™ will be eligible for Global Play (you will be able to play it in any game region). However, you can still upgrade your existing Heart of the Swarm™ account to the Digital Deluxe edition
