Diestar and tarson leaving? Does anyone have any ideas where they'd go tarson is so awesome.
|
Dragon no longer has the Millenium overlay on his stream.
Are they...?
|
O.O I was impressed by Dayshi's preformance at WCS. As for Tarson and DieStar, dang ! Loved their play in the earlier parts of SC2.
|
Sad to see DieStar go, he's a veteran of the game ):

Are they...? Dragon is still in Korea due to visa issues but will come back asap to the Millenium House afaik.
DieStar and Tarson had no motivation to play on recent months and I wouldn't be surprised to see them retire.

Why you BM people on NA ladder

How long ago did he leave EC? I forget, sorry this isn't supposed to be a troll post. Cool pickup, really quite sad about Tarson though, wonder if he'll go league full time ><. Apparently he's been playing a bit given his Twitter feed. Really good Terran though, was always rooting for him to go on a tear and regain his BW awesomeness.

Also...class act Mill ><

dayshi's pretty bm, played him yesterday on NA and called me a "random a-click noob" unprovoked.

Nice for Dayshi. I'm a bit sad that Tarson is gonna retire, he was one of my favorite foreign terran..And I remember the hilarous time at HSC ^^ As for Diestar, he looked quite good in the past, too bad he never really had any major success... Edit : Just saw Tarson post, good news

There's no drama there. Guy made a mistake, guy corrected it. Done. I corrected myself for something I posted in an other post than the OP (the retirement extrapolation which was wrong) but the departure of Tarson and DieStar from Millenium is a fact :
Llewellys : "Avec le départ programmé de nos 2 joueurs polonais et la volonté de Dayshi de venir chez [M], je me suis dit : pourquoi pas continuer à recentrer Millenium sur la scène française et accompagner Dayshi dans son ascension sur le plan européen."
"With the scheduled departure of our 2 polish players and Dayshi's will to join [M], I told myself : why not continue to focus Millenium on french scene and escort Dayshi in his rising on the european scene."
The whole OP is relevant.
|
Good news regarding Tarson and Diestar, they they are overwhelmed by the rest of europe now... I still hope that millenium will go 50% french speaking countries 50% koreans,we'll see !
|
nvr heard of him but grats and gl!
|
damm, poor tarson..
|
Congratz to dayshi !
About Diestar and Tarson, Llewellys ( Millenium's Sc2 roster manager) said that he talked with tarson and diestar last month and said that if Tarson didn't do well in october his departure would be considered.

More Terrans packing it up. Surprised? GL Tarson, hope you find a new team soon

On October 29 2012 07:40 SupLilSon wrote: More Terrans packing it up. Surprised? GL Tarson, hope you find a new team soon After hearing Lwl answering some questions about Tarson and DieStar, it appears that he is waiting for both polish terrans to step up their games and play more.
Also LaLuSh is not on the playing team anymore, he doesn't receive a salary but he likes Millenium and wants to be a part of it.
Good for Dayshi, he deserves to have a better support. I'm looking for him and Feast to step up their game for 2013 in the following weeks.

yes,as lwl said,he might seems bm on the outside but he is really into the team apparently, always asking how his teammate do and such...

Why isn't LaLuSh being paid? Seems like he's one of Mill's better players, making it into TSL4 and such.

Sad to see tarson leave, but happy to see a smaller named get picked up! Bring some new blood into the spotlight!

Out of all the players who are recently retiring or moving to LoL or other things, you decided to cherry pick and make it sound like only Terrans are... because of balance problems? Seriously? -.-'

Seems like he's one of Mill's better players, making it into TSL4 and such. It's his own decision. He was never paid a lot (around 100€ if I remember well) - never asked for it I think - and he is focusing right now on his studies. I don't think he ever considered himself as a pro player though. No drama here, just good understanding between a player and his manager allowing themselves some leeway.

Great interview right now on MillTV, where the viewers ask their questions, what Lewellys said:
. Dayshi, Feast, Adel and ForGG will go in Mill-House in november.
. About Dragon: He will talk to him to know if Dragon wants to be a real pro-gamer or just a fun-gamer. If it's the second option he will recruit another korean (didn't precise if Dragon will stay in Millenium as caster or streamer or something).
. About recruiting in order to replace Stephano: He will recruit another top-european player, he does not especially search for a zerg. As always he already have his plans.
-About Diestar and Tarson: Lewellys already advertised them, they had do to something in october, but as they didn't show to him any motivation to train lately, Lewellys did not really want to keep them, but another team already asked for them, he will not let them alone for sure.
-About Lalush: He didn't play and isn't paid anymore but he want to stay in Millenium in a symbolic way, Llewellys is okay with this.

Expecting huge results from Dayshi in the following months, he's getting the Millenium Blessing after all.
^^ Oh and thx for the post, Foudzing.

Yea, this isn't really the thread to get into it, but are you denying that's what's been happening? Terran players retiring left and right while other races are showing tons of up and comers. At least that's what my perception has been the last few months.
|
Thanks Foudzing for the summary, I'll put the link in the OP. The show was great, as usual when Llewellys answers accurate questions. He also said he wanted to recruit the Moreno Duran brothers before the WCS but they wanted to stay with their brother. He also said he had some discussions with ThorZaIN when he knew he would leave Mouz but EG raised too much money.

Oh that's cool, wasn't really implying there was drama, just curious ^^
It's nice to hear LaLuSh has a soft side
