There isnt any file called agent.db in my /starcraft2 folder..

You have to change your files to show hidden files and folders. Then right click agent.db and unclick the "hidden" checkbox

I'm simply trying to get Korean sounds for my NA client, can anyone tell me how to do that? I don't care about playing on the KR server at the moment.

I gotta ask, what's so cool about Korean sounds ? I mean, it sounds cool but what's the deal?

I'm getting this error message every time i try to go on TW. Then I can't enter my password and I'm stuck at the log in screen. Does this have anything to do with the relocalizer?

It's simply that they sound cooler and mysterious to me. Lots of people have fascination with other cultures, this is just another outlet of that. Watch Minigun stream, he only listens to Korean music.

How do we do this?

For anyone that wants Korean sounds on an NA client, I found it somewhere else.
Step 1) Relocalize your NA account to Korean (koKR). Step 2) Launch Starcraft and let it update. Step 3) After it has updated, quit Starcraft and open the relocalizer Step 4) Relocalize your NA account back to NA. Step 5) Go to your variables.txt file in your Documents/Starcraft 2 folder and change localeidassets from enUS to koKR.
Note: Don't change the other localeid one, it will change your text as well so you won't be able to read a thing. Just the assets one and that will give you sounds. I'm playing on NA right now with Korean voices.

Is there any way to have korean client, with korean sounds, and play on EU ? Or better yet, Korean client with korean sounds on TW ? ;D

I used a different relocalizer yesterday, not the one in the OP, and after I switched to KR, it came up with that error in Korean. So I switched back to my NA version and had the exact same error again, this time in English. :D In the end, nothing I tried worked, so I had to reinstall (thank goodness I have the physical copy).
Hopefully someone else can provide you with other options.
Edit: How did you relocalize your client? Give me the steps you took, and did you close SC2 before you did it?

Step 1) Go to your main Starcraft 2 folder. Step 2) Show all files and folders (Control Panel > Folder Options > View tab > Show Hidden files, folders, and drives. You should see agent.db now Step 3) Right click agent.db and click properties. Step 4) At the bottom, there should be check boxes, one says read-only, one says hidden. Make sure hidden is unchecked. Step 5) Click ok. Agent.db should look the same as the other files/folders (not greyness or what not) Step 6) Close SC2 and run the relocalizer again.

Because I know how you can get KR sounds on your NA client and also how to play on the KR server (well, TW server, but they are interconnected), just not sure how to get the KR sounds for the TW client.
