I do not consider some change that affect nobody on theseforums to be an official patch. I (and I'm sure many others with me) expected a balancepatch, seeing the terribleness that is the spectators experience atm. | ||

On sane operating systems (read: linux), you can set something like this up easily with a few lines of perl and a cronjob. I have no idea how to do this on windows but I imagine there is a similar feature. Instead of passing a law which is a pain in the butt for anyone writing games, why can't the Korean government just write software that does this (incurring the cost once rather than N times) and GPL it? | ||
