Hello, My name is Peter Yoo, otherwise known as NITRIXdSuki or daisuki on the NA ladder. I have been a top 16 Grandmaster Zerg for the majority of the seasons. Recently there were some speculation regarding all the NITRIX accounts on NA ladder. I am NITRIX.

What are you talking about? Going from being on a team to being personally sponsored and independent is a step-up (in my view), regardless what team you are on.

What are you talking about? Going from being on a team to being personally sponsored and independent is a step-up (in my view), regardless what team you are on.

I asked my love Daisuki about it but he was pro afk on me for like 14 hours so I had to ask someone else. I believe he is still both on vVv and has Nitrix as a personal sponsor because of the way the deals work out. And if that is in fact true than it's even better for him because that's a lot of support, which is well deserved for his recent tournament results. (Don't take my word though, only daisuki/vVv players can really answer the question, this is just what I've been told)
Personally, I think Daisuki and Mystik have been long time amazing NA zergs. They play pretty classic, and normal yet they always just have more shit than you and very crisp timings. It's actually kind of frustrating when you lose because you can't abuse certain timings against them and usually you just die to their pushes ;~;

i guess what's tort is asking in an odd way is if he is still on vVv with a personal sponsor.
Personally i have no idea i dont follow scene or play much anymore. just a guess.
I understood it as he went solo after obtaining personal interest from the sponsors. If it's a two-way with vVv (like NonY and Strident once upon a time), I would love to be corrected (as Kyo points out above).

Daisuki still represents us in clan wars. IT is unclear if he will represent us at MLGs (some kind of agreement between vVv and NITRIX), we'll have to see.

Seems pretty clear that the nitrix accounts are shared, where daisuki does 1v1s and other people do team games. Theres at least one replay in the GM maphackers thread with strong evidence of a NITRIX account hacking during a team game. These people who do team games are apparently members of the Brazilian community who also team up with Rafao, who also has questions swirling around him. As of March he was in platinum league and his replays from that time show platinum/diamond-level skill. Now he is in GM however. I wonder who is leveling his account if he isn't hacking?
If I were you I wouldn't want to associate myself with the nitrix accounts.

I've known Daisuki for an incredibly long time and I can assure you that nothing speficically "fishy" is due to him. Whether the other things are true or not really doesn't matter. You'd be surprised how many other people play on each other's accounts. He plays on the accounts to help brand awareness. But seriously, you shouldn't try to bring another witchhunt here. :D

haha i'm happy i no longer have to try and retain rank 1. its frustrating losing not to just you but anyone cuz i lose like 20 points and pretty much go down to rank 4 lol FREEDOOM
Ha, I told those guys in the hacker thread when the nitrix accounts were brought up that they're all daisuki and clean (in 1v1 anyways) xD. But now the Batman has publicly revealed himself! Where's Bane?
Daisuki has helped me a lot over the past ~6 months, he is a great zerg, talented in both macro and his more 'cheesy' styles. A great player to learn from! : )
So supposedly there's a map hack that can be used on dual monitors, where sc 2 I guess is on your secondary. I was called out for that type of hacking so I'm going to just let you guys all know I'm positioning my webcam so you can see both my monitors and SEE that I'm awesome and i ain't cheating. t-t won't be online till the 20th though! will be in california for mlg and will be chillin in k-town for a bit :D

lots of circumstantial evidence AND NITRIXENERGY lands a CC through the fog of war where there is still creep (on his map). The creep was gone, but he didn't have vision of that yet.

So I'm confused, I thought TL was completely against self advertising... Is it that pro players can self-advertise but average joes can't? I'm not choosing a side on this, I just want to know the rules for the future, in fact it makes complete sense that they would allow a pro player to try and find support on the SC2 forum. If anyone can clear that up, thanks.

edit: Geez these two are so mirror they were building the same units at the same time (with overlord and zerglings swapped once) until 5 minutes. Even in standard mirror matches you see SOME difference.

He is not the hugest name, if you only follow big tournaments you might have missed him, not that you should have.
